We have been traveling for many years, so we know what a 5 or at least 4 * is, and this hotel is not even a weak four! ! ! ! ! We were just shocked! First, a Soviet room with pre-revolutionary furniture and a TV, the beds are awfully hard, even the children couldn't sleep, the toilet and bath are awful, the flush works like a rocket, and the pipes in the bathroom can't handle the water and the water rises. floods the entire bathroom, then gradually go down. The administrator explained to us that the pipes are very thin and the water should be drained gradually. room cleaning was bad. There is no mini-bar at all, they couldn't even bring water to the room, and if we wanted to take it from the restaurant, we were offered to pay for it. for restaurants and bars.
The furniture is either very old and destroyed, or plastic, which we put in the cheapest tents with shawarma. Dishes are always dirty, cups with unwashed tea or coffee, forks and knives are sometimes stained. And near the beach bar, drinks are served in disposable plastic cups. In bars, windows and floors are always dirty and smell bad. The choice is small and the dishes are very monotonous. They are not very tasty, although it is fresh. As for beach umbrellas and sunbeds, they are very old and dirty. My children and I have been traveling for a long time, so we know very well that in 4 * and 5 * hotels the medical center is free! wi-fi is very - very weak and only at the reception.
