the hotel is located in the village of Anissaras, a very quiet and safe place (half an hour drive from Heraklion)

Hotel 5-6 years old was closed and opened only in May 2013 (owners changed)
On the old site it was indicated that they have a free transfer, but it is not (that is, a separate price for the transfer)

the territory is small, but cozy, four 2-storey buildings, an administrative area, a pool area, a bar and a restaurant in a separate building
only 15-20 rooms for two people
There is no deposit at the hotel, as we had in Italy
internet fast and free (access immediately)

contingent of vacationers - Russia and Ukraine (what else to expect? ? ? )
There are Russian-speaking staff, and they understand English and Italian
In general, everyone is very responsive and friendly and attentive to the requests of tourists.
only 6 people work in the hotel

By the way, the Ukrainians were very noisy, they talked loudly at night on the balcony until 3 am and did not let me sleep
Audibility in the rooms is colossal (even with the windows closed)

10 minutes walk to the beach max.
at first it will seem long and creepy to go, but then it’s even good
you can go to different shops or restaurants along the way and look at nature
it is possible to rent a car (on the way to the beach there are services and business cards in the hotel)

you can choose sun loungers more convenient and a place where there will be no pebbles and stones
the water is very clean and I have never seen such a turquoise color before
What impressed me right away was the sea! !

near the hotel stop number 18, from which you can get to Heraklion and Hersonissos

there is no entertainment in the hotel (at first it seems a little unusual and boring, but it’s good for connoisseurs of a calm!! ! rest)
the bar closes at 24h but that's good again as you can get some sleep

swimming pool with children's section, quite decent, it is cleaned regularly

I think the hotel is pet friendly

in general, suitable for those who like budget holidays in Europe (do not compare prices with Turkey and Egypt), who travel a lot and only spend the night in a hotel; big companies; pensioners ...Probably only with small children I do not recommend, knowing our mothers))

there are a lot of dishes in the kitchen corner, there is a refrigerator and a stove, but I did not find a kettle and a stove
on the balcony there is a table, 2 chairs and a clothes dryer

The curtain in the shower doesn't reach the floor and the water constantly gets on the floor.
but it is possible to wipe it with a special brush
soap and shampoo you need to take your own (I was warned in advance)
toilet paper provided
cleaning at first was done 1 time in 3 days, and then daily, although I did not have a need for this
the towel was brought to me only once, torn and with smudges (I believe our valiant Ukrainians sunbathed on it on sun loungers)
changed everything immediately without talking

NUTRITION

ALL INCL. from 10 am to 10 pm
breakfast from 8 o'clock, which is personally inconvenient for me because I would like to sunbathe more in the morning (for me personally, it is optimal at 6-7 in the morning)

in general, the food is very, very modest, but they cook insanely delicious, and there is always a choice of dishes
they try to change and add something to the same breakfasts
the first few days the breakfasts were the same
(but we rested at the beginning of the season)
drinks include - tea of ​ ​ the same variety, coffee (tasteless), 3 lemonades - cola, orange and lemon, 2 types of local wine, beer (but I don’t drink) and more drinks such as local moonshine
children get ice cream for free
for adults it costs 1-2.50 euros
at the bar you can buy cocktails, other coffee and tea and drinks for an additional fee
bottled water in the rooms - about 2 euros
price is not much different from the store

breakfast as usual in Europe - cheese, ham, butter, jam, coffee with milk, tea, made scrambled eggs and pancakes in recent days

valiant Ukrainians cut a whole loaf for themselves and fried it in the oven and ate it with cheese, while others had nothing left

for some reason they give soup for dinner, and not for lunch
