After 30 min. were already at the hotel. No bracelets, after 5 minutes. gave a number. The hotel staff is very polite, friendly, always ready to help. In the hotel itself there is a feeling of a calm Cretan-village holiday. At the reception there is a girl Valya, who helps Russian-speaking tourists. The hotel itself is medium in size, very green and well thought out. Liked the food. Everything is very delicious. Various cheeses (sheep, goat, cow). From meat - chicken, duck, beef, lamb, pork. Delicious pasta. Also liked the vegetables. Beer and wine are so-so. Ice cream is always (except for breakfast) - chocolate, white, strawberry, pistachio and banana - and you come up and dial yourself. On the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are free. But I didn’t quite like the entrance to the sea, rocky. As for excursions, the Millennium is quite expensive. For example, a trip to the Palace of Knossos costs 43 euros + 6 euros for entry (150 euros for 3 people). Rent a car from them from 50 euros per day. Moreover, hotel guides like to talk about the fact that if you don’t take from them, you run a big risk in the event of an accident or other problems, they will force you to compensate for everything. In fact, everything is different. We took a car from the Greeks (price from 30 euros). It is necessary to carefully read the insurance, there must be an item in Russian. We traveled quite a lot in 1 day (Chersonissos, Kastelli, the village of Trapsano, Knossos, Heraklion and a bunch of other villages along the coast). Gasoline is quite expensive - 1.75 euros per liter. In my opinion, you should definitely take a car, then you really see the real Crete and its mountain roads, olive groves, narrow streets in villages and cities. The main contingent of the hotel is Russian-speaking, there are Germans, Dutch, Poles, French. In general, I liked the hotel. I recommend to families with children and older people. For young people, I think it will be boring.
