The rating of the hotel is very negative. Our weekly vacation was booked 3 months before the trip. We took a room of a higher category with a sea view, having specifically agreed on this in advance. Vacation started with disappointment. Arriving at the hotel, we were given a room on the first floor, completely different from what we paid for. They promised to change the room the next day, since there was no free room of our category, although we arrived early. But the worst events were yet to come. On the second day of our stay, my husband and I found out that cash had been stolen from our room! Moreover, from two wallets at once, leaving a little in one and the other, so as not to attract attention. We contacted the hotel guide, tour operator and started the proceedings.

The hotel manager came running and immediately stated that if the hotel door was not broken, then no one was stealing anything and even the police would not do anything. Moreover, he said that the police would not come.

When we began to insist on calling the police, the manager began to behave absolutely inappropriately, yelling and accusing us, the guests, of simply losing money!! ! Since we stood our ground, he called the police, spoke to them about something in Greek, apparently pushing his version, and informed us that the police would not come. We had to call them through the local tour operator office. When the police arrived, we showed them the surveillance cameras aimed at the door and veranda of our room, the recordings from which we needed to look. We suspected that it was through the veranda that someone made his way to our room on the first floor. What was our surprise when the surveillance camera aimed at the veranda of the room, which could clarify everything, turned out to be not working!!!

The most terrible thing in this situation was that the hotel manager not only did not try to help somehow clarify everything, but behaved in a boorish way and accused !!!

This attitude towards us guests was so outrageous that we no longer wanted to stay here and left for another hotel without waiting for any assistance or apologies. But nothing, we have already sent relevant applications to the competent authorities, so there will certainly be consequences for the hotel. This story happened to us for the first time, although we travel a lot. The nasty attitude to the guests is a fat minus of this hotel.

If we talk about the hotel as a whole, then here we also missed. The hotel does not pull on 5 stars, maximum 4. For the first time we saw such an All inclusive, which is open from 11:00 to 23:00. Moreover, the curfew began at one in the morning. At the bar in the evening, the waiters reluctantly almost throw drinks at you if you do not leave a tip right away. The nonsense with the type of dress code at a dinner in a restaurant also unpleasantly surprised.
It can be called a restaurant with a stretch, the same room where breakfast and lunch are. Why this pathos from scratch, we do not understand. The staff is not too kind to kick guests out if they are in open shoes or not dressed up. The food is not too varied for a 5 stars. Room cleaning is C grade, the floors seem not to be washed at all. The beach is small and dirty, the entrance to the sea is in boulders. There are few sunbeds, they are occupied in the morning. Even if the theft had not happened, we would not have returned here.
