Upon arrival, we asked for a quiet room so that the children could rest during the day. We were given a room in a bungalow on the 1st floor. Then we decided that we were very lucky, because we did not have access to the terrace and windows to the pool, and not to the air conditioner. So choose seven hundred and eight hundred odd numbers. It will be quiet and calm.
1. The rooms are all small. Declared on the hotel website 23-25 ​ ​ sq. meters actually turn out to be the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the entire room, including a bathroom and a corridor with a closet. That is a room size 13

-15 sq. meters. Upon arrival, they were even somewhat shocked.
Then we got used to it and it turned out that we had enough, because they only came to spend the night and for the daytime sleep of children. In the room we had a large double bed, and two beds for children. In the bathroom, it is somehow especially clear that the hotel is not very new. The shower sprays water horizontally, our shower height regulator did not work at first, but they fixed it right away, as they said, a bath (you can ask for a plug in the bath at the reception and they will give it without problems), soap, shampoo in the dispenser. On request for children, you can take a potty or a children's toilet seat. This is all issued in the kids club on the first floor of the main building. Room cleaning is impeccable.
2. The food is just excellent. Several types of meat, seafood, lots of vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, sweets are all wonderful. Beer, in my opinion, is not very good, but it seems that it is not very good everywhere. But the wine is excellent. I don’t understand cocktails either, so I can’t rate it.

3. Animation: Several people are working by the pool. They don't speak Russian. Gymnastics, dancing by the pool for children more, water aerobics, afternoon water polo and archery. They also played volleyball in the morning. In the evening, a mini disco for kids from 20-30 to 21-00. Then the evening program for adults. (I put the children to bed at this time, so I can’t say anything about her) Somehow everything is very unobtrusive. Sometimes it even seemed that there were no animators. There is practically no children's animation except for this mini disco. The hotel has a children's room, there sits an aunt who practically does not speak Russian, in the morning she makes crafts with the children. On Friday night, he does face painting for the kids. All. Children can only be left in this children's room if they are over 4 years old. Children over 7 years old are frankly bored.

4. Pool. One large one with shallow water for children, another one with slides for adults (5 pieces, tall, mats and cheesecakes are issued for them) and for water polo (they are separated there). Two for small children, one with fountains and very tiny slides, the other with fountains and larger slides. Rescuers work, make comments, follow everyone. Sun loungers by the pool, our fellow citizens occupy early, early, sometimes observed conflicts. Foreigners came and removed the towels, they themselves were placed on sunbeds. All pools and slides are open from 10 to 18. After that, cleaning takes place.
5. Beach. Very rocky. Gently, only in special slippers. Very large stones right at the entrance to the water. Our little one practically did not swim on this beach. Parents and eldest - in special slippers. But to the right of the beach on the rocks it is fashionable to see sea urchins and crabs.
An eyewitness told how, having swum almost to the buoy, he saw a sea turtle.
6. The hotel has a basketball court, tennis, minigolf, ping-pong table. You can also rent a bike (warn a day in advance. Price 10 euros).
7. There is a free bus to Chania three times a day. It goes along the national road and you can only get to Chania on it. Shuttle buses run twice an hour. we rode it to Agia Marina, there is a wonderful children's beach with sand, finely-finely. The beach is free, sunbeds are paid 3-4 euros per piece. But there is always a place for free accommodation on their own mats, towels. We also went to Platanias to shops. Frankly speaking, there are few shops in Maleme.

In general, we all really enjoyed it. Didn't want to leave.
