We went, relying on the website of the hotel itself and one flattering review on the Internet (it would be better if it wasn’t), after returning I found the same review on another site, it turns out that people went for the first time in their lives to rest abroad.
The first impression of the hotel can be said to be positive, since it was purely visual, a large hotel on the mountain stood out from the general landscape, so to speak, 5 stars were seen, the vacation promised to take shape.

They could not get a ride to the hotel on the transfer bus, explaining that the road was narrow and the bus would not pass. They unloaded us and our belongings, threw our belongings into a minibus, and accordingly we set off to collect our luggage on foot. I had to walk up the hill for 100 meters.
Large hall, new furniture, bar, reception - everything is quite decent and inviting. We went to the check-in desk (there were 15 of us in total), filled out questionnaires, after which we were told to check in after 14:00, and since we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 on a night flight, it was not very joyful. Oh yes, I see, a pitiful likeness is seen below, in life it looks much different than in advertising photographs ....Hmmm, got it. We went down the stairs and lo and behold, there was a playground with a synthetic turf that way 20 m2. Honestly, we were upset, we have to hang out here for 14 days. The pool bar is shabby, there are heaps of uncleaned dishes on the tables. Soon I added a bunch more at my table.

Two rooms, large balcony, nice bathroom. Indeed, the room cheered us up a little, especially after we found out which rooms the others were placed in. By the way, there were no porters, I had to look for a room and drag things myself, it seems not difficult, but incomprehensible.

Breakfasts are monotonous and not tasty, fruits according to the principle whoever had time, he ate, they bring something, but not always. Fresh orange juice relied on breakfast, it is not clear why only for breakfast, but even he was not always present, my question about the absence of it was answered simply, - No oranges. Went for breakfast only for the sake of the child.

Lunches were also not the achievements of culinary skills, and in addition to the monotony, a couple of times we met fish in sauce, which yesterday was without it at dinner, that is, they simply work without waste.
Dinners, like everything else, at first introduced a variety of gyros, fried goat meat and fish, but not for long.
We have something to compare with, even with the same Greece, but Fr. Rhodes, heaven and earth, here the chefs seem to be after a culinary college, they just know how to cook 10 dishes, yes, they can be of high quality, but work in 3 *, no complaints or questions.
A la carte dinners, of which there were 3 (Greek, Chinese, Italian). It was ok, just ok.
Well, since we are talking about the restaurant, then a few words about the staff. He is sorely lacking, almost all trainees are from Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus. Some are dressed differently, stick to black and white clothes, but not all. It seems like they are trying, but the incentive of 400-500 euros in salary is not enough. There was one smart guy Marian, he did everything with a sense of sense.
Snacks throughout the day and late dinners as such were absent, there were four metal boxes in the lower bar, which contained muffins, dry pancakes, sometimes fruit.

The main bar, the first days were not bad, they prepared cocktails in a shaker, brought orders to the tables, but this was in the early days, then everything changed dramatically. The bar was open until 24:00 for free, until 2 am paid. On what third day we approach the bar at about 23-50 and order alcohol to sit, I ask for whiskey, just a glass, the answer is: - one drink, one person! With the help of raised tones, the issue was resolved in our favor, the next day there was a conversation with the manager, after which they poured as much as needed.

In the future, there was only self-service, besides, the barmaid repeatedly insisted that we ourselves bring glasses and glasses if we take them with us to the room. By the way, they were not cleaned from the rooms for 3-4 days.
