Excursion tour ARCHEA
Good afternoon everyone,
I want to share with you my impressions of an amazing trip to Athens. I flew from Ap Vnukovo to Athens. The flight went well without any problems, and after landing we were immediately met by the host, all in yellow T-shirts. They took us to the hotel and we settled in. I lived in Glyfada, very lucky just next to the sea... I lived in the Palace Hotel, very nice and clean, and I took meals based on breakfast. The hotels in this area are all located in the center and therefore there is a huge number of shops, restaurants, bars, taverns and, accordingly, there will definitely not be any problems with food. The next day after breakfast we were picked up and taken to Delphi. We drove around 3 hours. Time just flew by unnoticed, because. accompanied by stories about Ancient Greece and, of course, music). When we got there, there was immediately a feeling of some kind of mystery, which is why this place is called the "navel of the earth" - the cult center of Ancient Greece, where it is easy to imagine the voice of the Pythia herself, who broadcast her prophecies to kings and mere mortals. Here we were shown both the ancient stadium and the archaeological museum and the Pythian temple. After a tour and a competent program and an amazing guide, to whom I want to express my deepest thanks for the well-organized excursion program, we were taken to the hotel. Every day was getting better than the previous one))) In the morning we were taken to Meteora, this is a place where anyone, even an inveterate cynic, will melt and find some kind of sacred peace of mind. When you drive up to this place, you see rock monasteries in front of you, soaring in the sky. And after that, our bus went back to Athens and on the way we drove past the Thermopylae Gorge. The next day I completely immersed myself in the rest))) This day was without excursions, although they could be taken for an additional fee, but I decided to dedicate it to myself. Oh, the sea, the sun, the beach, and surprisingly, you don’t have to get bored. After a rest at the sea and a walk around the town, the next day we went to the northeastern part of the Peloponnese, passing by the Corinth Canal... The road to the Peloponnese did not take much time, but we visited quite a lot of places. These are Mycenae and Nafplion and Epidaurus. A lot of the cities that we saw are striking in their antiquity and antiquity. In the evening, respectively, they brought us back. Well, the next day a sightseeing tour of the city of Athens with a visit to the Acropolis. When you go up to the Parthenon, a stunning view of all of Athens opens up and they look like in the palm of your hand. All this simply excites and cheers you up, and a light breeze only sets the mood for this. In the evening we were brought back to the hotel. The next day before the flight, I devoted a day to relaxing on the beach and buying souvenirs. I liked everything very much, but I love Greece for a long time and this program further reinforced my positive attitude towards it!
