The hotel was offered by the tour operator as a 5* hotel. Realistically no more than 4 *. Children's animation for the age of 10-11 years is no, for adults, too, not very much. Discos are paid, bars are free only until 24.00, eat after 22.00 if there is nowhere to stay on the tour. We checked into the hotel after 22.00, at the reception desk we were sent to a restaurant for dinner, where they warned that this was only once and due to a late arrival. But nevertheless, the staff is very friendly, both at the reception, and in the bars and in the general restaurant /buffet/. The hotel was populated by 85% Europeans /Swedes, British, Finns, Poles, etc. /, but their behavior in the bars and around the pool was ugly, to put it mildly. Thanks to the chef in the general restaurant, the food is very tasty and we had enough variety, we didn’t even try everything. A big minus for the hotel is that we lived in a room on the 4th floor, and there were ants in the room and bathroom.
