Greece and 3 hotels in one visit
I've been meaning to write a review for this trip for a long time. Although I rarely do it. It was my husband's birthday. We thought for a long time how to celebrate and how many guests to invite, but in the end the case helped. The son, after a very cold Prague in February, decided to take a vacation at the end of May. My friend from a tour company (we have been friends for 10 years) recommended Grecotel Meli Palace. We flew to Athens, to our beloved Glyfada, where we had an office and business, and our son went to Crete. And they decided to celebrate in a narrow circle in Crete. Then we flew to Heraklion to the GDM Megaron Hotel. I write about the hotel briefly. They lived there for 6 days. The hotel is considered a business, but they chose to be cozy and I wanted to celebrate my birthday in the restaurant on the roof of the hotel overlooking the bay. Everything worked out! We took the Junior Suite with a view of the bay, everything is comfortable. Breakfast is something, even for a 5 star hotel! But the rooftop pool was disappointing. Very small! A day later, we went to our son at Meli Palace. Were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is separate from everyone. Own beach, food all inclusive is just excellent! Very reminiscent of a club hotel for their own. No bracelets. Everyone is recognized very quickly and the staff simply works for each client. . We paid for a day at prices from the reception, such a rule without booking in advance, but Anna-Maria did everything for our comfort. Wine in bottles of 0.375 white and red is simply freely available, like water in ice cream in a restaurant. Everyone takes what they need. Restaurant with candles in the evening! The beach is all free! The village of Sissi is 2 km away. There are shops, hotels and taverns. In the evening we sat on the embankment in a tavern. Delicious! Didn't want to leave the hotel. A corner of tranquility, the sea, good food and adequate people. My son was there for 10 days. Impressions are the best. For me and my husband minus numbers! Number 24 m. Only standards. There are no suites or anything like that. We flew to Moscow and my husband said to me: Thank you for such a birthday. ! And then always a bunch of guests and then cleaning for a few more days. In short, they ran away from everyone and were happy!
