Excursion tour. I checked into a room on the 2nd floor at night, without a balcony, right at the entrance to the hotel...when I asked to be moved higher, they refused. Although there were no problems with empty rooms...There were dogs in the yard barking that interfered with the rest. The hotel is on the mountain, there is no infrastructure.

Excursion tour. I checked into a room on the 2nd floor at night, without a balcony, right at the entrance to the hotel...when I asked to be moved higher, they refused. Although there were no problems with empty rooms...There were dogs in the yard barking that interfered with the rest. The hotel is on the mountain, there is no infrastructure...to shops, significant objects of the city, 30 minutes from the mountain along a road without sidewalks...by taxi the price varies, depending on the time (from 5 lari to 20). The room was cold, the heated towel rail was not turned on (drying clothes was problematic). . the breakfasts were cold, monotonous, they offered the same food for several days (milk, the salad was sour), there was no fruit or greens. On the first day, gingerbread...there was nothing sweeter. In recent days I have been living alone in a hotel! It was creepy. The staff responded to all requests (hair dryer, blower for drying clothes), but there were difficulties with understanding Russian (one administrator said). Room cleaning upon request, but not always...in 7 days they cleaned the room twice.
The view from the terrace is beautiful, of the old city, if you don’t look at the construction site nearby.
Complement for d. r. not provided by the hotel. Although there was data.
Probably, this hotel is good in the summer and in the company of a car (fresh air, city view, sun, warmth), but not in the fall when traveling alone. It’s good that we were traveling almost all the days, otherwise it would have been completely sad..
It was not possible to change the hotel because the hotel does not refund money.

Initially chose the hotel based on reviews on booking. com. There is a suspicion that the reviews are not from real people, but from bots or just bought ones. On the booking site, I (as a genius traveler) were shown prices of $ 26-29 / night with breakfast included - the price was fine, I liked the "view from the window", I decided to stay there.

In fact: even local Georgians found a hotel from the 3rd time, outside the window there is a construction site, a forest and a miserable private sector ...Apparently, they paid extra to the photographer to make "candy out of the city. "
Prices do not correspond to those declared: during check-in, my Georgian friend asked me to pay for the hotel for me - so they charged him $ 45 / night, without batting an eye...
I got the impression that I lived alone (!! ! ) for the whole hotel, because at night the light was on only in my room, the general impression of the hotel was like a non-residential building: it was cold in the room, the hangers in the shower were broken, everything was falling apart ( despite being newly built).
I don’t even know if there was breakfast or not, because
I left before 9:00 (breakfast is stated from 9:00 to 10:00), so I can’t rate its quality.
And on the day of departure, I generally encountered the cunning ass of the 80th LVL: in the morning I wanted to warn the administrator about the departure at around 16:00, but there was no one at the reception, I waited, rang the bell - silence ...When I arrived for eviction in the afternoon, I was charged 60 lari ($23) "for late check out". To my reasonable argument that a paid late check-out is relevant for full-fledged hotels with good occupancy, when the next one immediately calls in for one guest, they objected to me: pay!
To be honest, against the background of general Georgian hospitality and readiness to meet halfway, such behavior directly jarred.
Verdict: DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I dreamed about Georgia for a long time! And here we are in a hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel is not big, 13 rooms, 4 floors, there is an elevator. Located on a mountain, on the outskirts, the view from the balcony of the city at night is beautiful. I will say right away that it will be difficult for tourists aged and with children to climb on foot from the city uphill of 75-80 degrees of steepness, it is better to take a taxi.

The hotel is private, so there were only breakfasts at the bar, a bit poor, don’t count on homemade food, everything purchased, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, cheese such as cottage cheese, white and gray bread - all this is delicious. But the rest... boiled sausage and salami type was served in small quantities, one plate of sliced u200bu200bwhen eaten, they could cut it, or they could not, moreover, what they didn’t eat today was served for tomorrow (do not waste the good) . We lived for 6 days, during this time there were boiled sausages-sausages three times (it’s not clear what), not tasty, and a couple of times fried chicken nuggets. Yes, all this time there were still 4 types of vegetable salads in the jars-salads - home-made canned vegetable lecho, carrot salad, beetroot salad, and I don’t remember which one, but all with mayonnaise, moreover, filled with it from the heart, apparently, so that the uneaten food does not spoil. I noticed that the salad bowls were the same, just a new one was added to yesterday's salad. cooked once a week. Yogurt and boiled eggs were also on the bill, a plate of chopped oranges and that's it. No natural coffee, bought the cheapest, instant from the package turned out to be tastier, packaged green and black tea. There are no pastries or even scrambled eggs, they don’t bother. In short, a couple of times you can eat, and then even look reluctant.
Managers in the lobby seem polite, but if you ask to fix something, they will promise and not do it. It so happened that we were two elderly women settled in a room with one large bed. Who is to blame, our tour operator or who they have, we did not achieve, but asked somehow to help us with the beds. We were kindly promised and that was it, we lived out in our room. cleaned at our request, but the floors were not washed, only linen and towels were changed, dust and sand dragged behind their feet. Not fans of cleanliness.
In general, I will not say anything good about the hotel, neither the kitchen nor the staff brought us joy.
I have been traveling since 2009 and always, when you leave from somewhere, you want to return. But I don't want to go to Georgia. It's a pity and a shame that the hotel staff spoiled the mood and impression of the country as a whole.
