Not clean, living conditions are not comfortable. On the ground floor there is a cafe that smells like a fryer on the top floor; the windows cannot be opened. The plumbing is in terrible condition, everything is dirty with mold. During our stay they only vacuumed the room; there was no cleaning in the toilet room.

In general, the impression was disgusting; because of such a wretched condition, I didn’t want to touch anything. The air conditioner apparently has never been serviced! There is one light bulb in the corridors. The holiday was ruined.

We chose the hotel for a family holiday. We searched for a long time, but... Georgia is not Turkey. Hotels, or rather most of them cannot be called hotels, offer practically nothing for children. And only RENESS HOTEL KOBULETI is the one that offers children's service. The hotel has a large hall for children, specially equipped, a large and sooo beautiful courtyard and decorative palm trees, white crumb paths and other nice additions.

And only RENESS HOTEL KOBULETI is the one that offers children's service. The hotel has a large hall for children, specially equipped, a large and sooo beautiful courtyard and decorative palm trees, white crumb paths and other nice additions. The hotel even has beach towels! (This option is not available in hotels of this category anywhere in Georgia! ). It was very nice and helpful. The hotel also has a bank, ATM, free closed parking and even a wine rack and you can always buy wine. there is a supermarket nearby. And to the sea - just cross the road. We were very satisfied. The staff is Russian speaking. And speaking well, special thanks to manager Keti. We will definitely come again and recommend to everyone. This is really the best option for a holiday in Kobuleti, while the hotel has a very good price.
