The hotel was chosen primarily for its location. I really liked the private access to the beach, but the beach itself leaves much to be desired. There is no sand, solid pebbles, as elsewhere in Kobuleti, but it’s normal for adults, not so much with children. I wish the beach area was cleaned more often.

The hotel itself is a two-story building with an attic. There is a restaurant, but food is not included in the price. The rooms are really different, in our room it didn't hurt to change the furniture. Bathroom is loud. A shower in which the pallet is a tiled floor, a washbasin and a toilet bowl. In general, if you consider that you are going for impressions, and not sitting in a room, then it’s good, there is where to spend the night.

The hotel is right on the seafront. The beach and the entrance to the sea are rocky. I do not recommend traveling with small children. It is better to choose Ureki. There is sand. The rooms are long overdue for renovation. Some rooms are better, some are worse. The restaurant serves delicious food, as elsewhere in Georgia.

Near the hotel there is a playground with exercise equipment. Food prices in Kobuleti are reasonable
