Upon arrival at the Borjomi Likani resort, we were warmly greeted by the staff. They quickly filled out the questionnaires, signed something and sent it to the room! At my request to move us higher and with a view of the mountains (not on the road), the girl at the reception said that supposedly the room had already been booked and it was impossible to change it! Of course, it's a shame that after paying more than 4.000 thousand dollars for a stay in a hotel, I was forced to live in a room with a window on the main road, and in the afternoon the sun heats up the room so much that it's impossible to stay there! The air conditioner in the room did not work! It was horror!
The furniture is pretty tired! Repair, sample 2006-2008! Probably the owners still would not hurt to think about the renovation of the hotel! But the rooms are clean, and the staff did the cleaning on time, put disposable hygiene kits. The cleaners are friendly, but in my opinion, they don’t understand Russian at all! Cleaning is carried out with high quality, there are no complaints about this, the bed is changed every three to four days, towels and bathrobes are changed almost every day! There are paid drinks in the fridge bar, but their prices are very expensive! It would be possible to put at least double the price!
Meals - buffet! But the quality leaves much to be desired! Some types of food are sometimes stored and served again! We see that they are already stale and do not take! The staff, lays food, and in the same gloves cleans the dishes, and then again, in the same gloves, distributes food to other visitors! We need to improve the quality of food!
Medical procedures are mostly all water! You can also add herbal teas, oxygen cocktails, a relaxation room! Paid medical procedures are very expensive! A simple inhalation (5 minutes) costs 15 GEL! Full body massage 95 GEL! Etc. ! It would be necessary to reduce the cost of additional procedures! The medical staff are top notch! Special thanks to Mary, Maya, Lusa and all the other girls!
The park zone is indescribably beautiful! Greenery everywhere, birds chirping! Your own pump room on the territory of the hotel! The water in the hotel pump room tastes different from the water in the central park! What gave rise to treacherous thoughts in my head - is it true that there is natural mineral water in the hotel's pump room? Well, let it remain on the conscience of the owners of the hotel!
PCR tests passed! The tour operator paid for them for us! But at the check-out, the girls from the reception billed the payment for two PCR tests! After some argument, all the same, they agreed that PCR is free! An ignorant person would immediately pay for them!
My wife was present at the check-out, she even offered to pay for the cost of PCR tests, but I showed the tour operator's voucher and her charity immediately changed to indignation! Which I did stop! You should be more careful with your guests! They must be appreciated! Moreover, borders with Turkey and Russia are opening soon, and many, comparing the state of service in Georgian hotels, can still go over to resort resorts in other countries!
The hotel and impressions are twofold! On the one hand, the state of the hotel is like a fading beauty - like a lady of Balzac's age! On the other hand, the nature and water of Borjomi is like Eden! Will I return to Borjomi Likani again, most likely not! I will go to the balneological resorts Minvod, Rogaš ka or Karlovy Vary!
I wish the hotel prosperity and more visitors! Visitors should be appreciated!
