I am a picky person and usually tolerate small flaws. But the way the Hulus Hotel turned out made me write this review. I'll start with the price, 108 GEL for a double room in early September is not a lot. And I expected to see a strong three stars, as indicated by the photos posted on the hotel website. But when I entered the room, I found shabby walls and old linoleum on the floor. But they were flowers. Berries moved on. The mattress on the bed turned out to be sagging to such an extent that I, excuse me, almost touched the floor with my ass. The lid on the toilet was half broken off, and the seat with a crack, into which the most tender places fell and were pinched there. The water from the shower poured in all directions, but not in the center, as expected. There were no towels and toilet paper from the word at all, and they carried them to us for three days. There were no batteries in the TV remote control. Cleaning in the room apparently was not foreseen at all. Although Wi-fi is present, it does not download photos and does not send letters (200kB). Separately, I want to say about the local cafe. Apparently the cook is a bit blind and a bit old, or both at once, but everything he cooked was overcooked, and more than once. And kebab, and potato pancakes, and cutlets. The waiters were not responsive. Tea was carried for 15 minutes. In general, the attendants were not eager to please visitors. After I asked the waiter to tell the chef that everything was overcooked and burnt, the next day tea was carried for 1.5 hours, and after such a wait, we decided to refuse the ordered khachapuri. Do not think that at that time there was a crowd of people in the cafe. After that, we decided not to tempt fate anymore and ate in other places (in a cafe on the beach, by the way, there were very helpful staff and very good cuisine).
When we pointed out to the hotel management that the photos on display did not match the original, they took us to a suite and proudly demonstrated its interior. The price for this room was announced at 250 GEL.
