I liked the hotel and the level of service, and conditions, and staff. My husband and I visited in June. We arrived early and were greeted warmly at the hotel and offered to check in immediately. Just a few words about the staff - everyone is well aware that people in Georgia are very hospitable, with an open soul.

I liked the hotel and the level of service, and conditions, and staff. My husband and I visited in June. We arrived early and were greeted warmly at the hotel and offered to check in immediately. Just a few words about the staff - everyone is well aware that people in Georgia are very hospitable, with an open soul. It's about the hotel staff! Every guest is treated like an old friend! Respectfully and attentively treat requests, try to provide comfortable conditions for even the most demanding customers! They find a common language with everyone, they are not rude. In general, the service here is excellent. Our room was small, but compact, comfortable, everything you needed was in its place. The bed is large, quality linens, a large closet, TV, kettle, workplace, seating area. Bathroom with shower and very interesting sink. Towels are white, no foreign smells, hot water was all the time. The balcony in the room is just amazing - with furniture and an amazing view! Cleaned every day, towels changed. I liked the pool, especially that there are not tiles around, but wood. There are not many sunbeds, but we always found a free one. We are satisfied with the food at the hotel, a wide range of national dishes along with standard breakfasts of scrambled eggs, cheese, pastries. Cook very tasty!! Service by the waiters is excellent, they quickly deal with dishes and dirty tables. They do everything without prompting. The hotel is very good and worthy, conveniently located, everything is there and everything is at the level. I can recommend it to those who go here for recreation, and those who go to work. We are satisfied!
