We flew with Join Up, chose the best price offer plus a morning flight and back in the evening. The departure time was postponed 4 times, as a result, they flew away the next day at night, settled at 5 in the morning, in fact, they stole the whole day from us. But still, for almost the same price that we paid for the tour without food, the guys nearby on the plane bought only round-trip tickets a day before departure. So it is profitable to fly to Georgia by charters through a travel agency. Hotel Elada and this hotel were the same price, chose Zebo and never regretted it. The first option is a full scoop, even according to advertising photos, its only plus is 600 m to the beach.

The check-in went very quickly, they didn’t even ask us for documents, all questions were postponed until we got some sleep.
The house is very beautiful, all in a lining, on the ground floor there is a cozy lounge with a computer (you can use it), an aquarium and music. tools. The numbers are not equal.

We lived on the second floor - there was a bathroom, a bed with an orthopedic sailor, a wardrobe, a table and a chest of drawers with a mirror. Cozy, but without a balcony and TV. On our floor there were similar rooms with a balcony and armchairs. On the first one, I didn’t look into the rooms, but on the third, not very much - one bathroom with a bathtub for 2 rooms and a bed under a sloping roof. I think resettlement depends on the price and room category (the owner is actively cooperating with booking). An important plus is the opportunity to use the huge master's kitchen and tables under a canopy on the street. On our floor there was also a mini-kitchenette, on the common table - a hairdryer, mosquito repellent and extra. towels.

The beach is about 25 minutes at a brisk pace, there are minibuses, but we didn’t go. Walking around Batumi was a pleasure. The owner, if he was free, gave free rides wherever needed.

Owners are a whole other issue. Very welcoming and hospitable.
On the first day, Zebo treated him to homemade wine, invited him to dinner and generally solved all issues)). Nona is a very beautiful and charismatic Georgian woman, she told a lot of interesting things about traditions, she cooks incomparably.

In mid-September it was not hot, sometimes overcast, a couple of times a week it rained a little. Therefore, we were on the beach 3 times and it did not impress us much. Were also on the beach Kvariati and Green Cape (near the botanical garden), it is cleaner there. They also recommend Sarpi (near Turkey). Very large pebbles, it hurts to go into the sea without shoes, the water is far from turquoise, but in clear weather it is very transparent, even in the center. But insanely beautiful embankment, in the enclosures we saw different birds, even peacocks. The vegetation there in places is even more interesting than in the botanical garden - palm trees, bamboo, bananas. At the end - a monument to Ali and Nino, the Alphabet tower, not far from the Argo cable car. On the promenade you can ride all kinds of small wheeled vehicles for rent.

3 times with the owner went on excursions from morning to evening. For 4 tourists in a car, the prices are very reasonable, they pick it up and bring it straight home, the route was built for us and plus according to Zebo's recommendations (this was the most interesting thing). The first day we were in the Martvili Canyon, Prometheus Cave, Sataplia Reserve, in the evening we stopped at an excellent non-tourist restaurant in a village near Batumi to see the owner's friends. A restaurant on a mountain river with a picturesque bridge, its own farel farm, I even found a few flywheels on the territory! We rested very sincerely, they laid a chic table for us, drank from the horn, danced, listened to Georgian toasts. At prices, taking into account the drunk and eaten, it is very inexpensive, but the sea of u200bu200bpleasures and memories for a lifetime). The second day was in the fortress of Gonio, on the beach of Kvariati, we stopped at the Makhuntseti waterfall and to the bridge of Tamara, on the way - insanely beautiful views of mountainous Adjara.
The 3rd day we rode according to the Zebo program - the Mtirala reserve, his native village (his mother lives there, we visited) and a tall mountain with stunning views, where eagles fly in clear weather and ornithologists observe (you can look through binoculars). We saw how pomegranates, tangerines, kinglets and kiwi ripen. In the evening - his brother's restaurant on a mountain river, very beautiful with amazing cuisine and hospitality.
Most of all I liked the canyon, the cave and the whole third day. Although it was raining and the eagles did not fly, it was quite difficult to walk along the hills of the reserve, but we enjoyed the magnificent views, extreme driving along dangerous serpentines and a chic restaurant.

We went to the botanical garden on our own, it’s nice to walk in places, but it didn’t cause much enthusiasm. It was rather tedious to walk from the entrance for about 15 minutes along the asphalt along the hill before something interesting starts.
But from there there is a cool view of the sea, a clean beach, and we also saw a praying mantis and an outdoor ceremony of a Georgian wedding on a tree! )
We went to Turkey for shopping, we were satisfied. It is convenient to combine this trip with the Sarpi border beach, but it was cloudy, so we limited ourselves to a large shopping center and a street with small shops behind it. You can get around everything in 4 hours, the road and crossing the border in one direction - about an hour.

In general, Batumi left ambiguous impressions - a striking contrast with the drop dead embankment and shabby houses of residential areas. The sea is so-so, but the nature is awesome, and in the end I just fell in love with Georgian cuisine. I especially liked khinkali, ojakhuri, spicy and eggplant in nuts. Prices in the cafe are reasonable and do not vary much. On average, khinkali - 0.7 GEL per piece, khachapuri, ojakhuri, soups within 5-8, barbecue - 8-12.

Wine and chacha were taken from the owner, in the market and in shops, here the prices are slightly different, but everything is natural everywhere. and in a huge range. They also bought tea and chestnut honey from Zebo - not very cheap, but I liked the quality.
But the main thing is people, everywhere open, hospitable and hospitable. Therefore, I realized - they go to Georgia for the Georgians! )).
