Here, on turpravda. ru, this hotel is listed as 4-star, which, in my opinion, is quite fair, while on booking. com, when we booked, the hotel was listed as 3-star. The hotel is located at 33 Zurab Gorgiladze, 6000 Batumi, Georgia. The building is new. There is a parking space for personal vehicles. (Honestly, the photo of the hotel building is not mine, I found it on the Internet, they didn’t bother to take it themselves.

We rested in this hotel for 5 days / 6 nights (08-14.09. 18) together with my daughter. Arranged almost everything. We booked a double room with 2 separate beds, everything corresponded to the description on booking. com, where we booked, and, therefore, our expectations. There is an elevator. Change of towels, room cleaning - daily, soap, shower gel and shampoos were regularly replenished, there were also toothbrushes with a small tube of paste in individual packaging and pretty high-quality slippers that we took with us to Tbilisi and there we went to them for 5 more days in hotel. The shower cabin is comfortable, the faucet is fancy, interesting design, plumbing worked properly. We asked about ironing clothes and a few minutes later the maid brought an iron and ironing board to the room.
The beds are comfortable, slept well on them; the quilts lay in the closet until needed. The closet for clothes is comfortable and very spacious, it also contains a safe and a mini-fridge. There is a telephone. There are several Russian channels on TV. The air conditioner was quiet and cooled the room pretty quickly.
In short, room service, in our opinion, is more than exemplary for a 3-star hotel. Comparing with the 3-star hotels we stayed in in Prague, Hotel Tsereteli Palace is not inferior to the best of them in terms of service, but in some ways it is superior.
There is not enough daylight in the room - this is due to the layout of the room, and there are no windows, only a high door to a tiny balcony; this "problem" was solved by turning on 8 spot ceiling lights, which can be turned on 4 at a time, depending on which area of the room needs more intense lighting.
When choosing a hotel and reading reviews on booking. com, previous guests in the reviews complained that there were no clothes dryers on the balconies. And, voila, they are already there - the wishes of the guests are taken into account. (see photo)
Perfect cleanliness in common areas; the interiors of the hall (the photo is also not mine) and the restaurant are concisely pleasant. To the left of the reception is the entrance to the restaurant.
The restaurant offered quite a decent assortment for a continental breakfast (9.00-11.00) as a buffet. We usually came to breakfast one of the last (at 10.15-10.30) and never in 5 days the food stalls were empty, the food was fresh. I will not list everything, I will only note the most delicate cottage cheese, which literally melted in your mouth. There are several highchairs for toddlers. During the day until 21.00 in the restaurant you can drink tea or coffee - included in the price. Lunches and dinners are not provided, the restaurant closes at 21.00. We chose for ourselves a small cafe "Golden Key" not far from the hotel with a fairly decent cuisine in our opinion: I would especially note delicious semi-sweet homemade wine and excellent shish kebab.
The hotel is well located: 10-15 minutes walk to the beach at a leisurely walking pace. True, our beach holiday turned out to be inferior, because. I never managed to swim - rather high waves did not allow the water to enter, they simply knocked me down. : -(
I absolutely sincerely recommend Tsereteli Palace Hotel 3 * to everyone who is going on vacation in Batumi! I think that the price / quality ratio for us was not even optimal, but in favor of quality.
I suppose it will not be difficult to understand our, politely speaking, bewilderment when after this hotel we also ended up in the 3-star (as he thinks of himself) Hotel Piano in Tbilisi at 4 Kirim Street, 0101, about which there is also my review here: https://www.turpravda.com/ge/tbilisi/Piano_Hotel-h83116.html#reviews.

When I chose the hotel, I was already well aware of what to expect and what not. I was not at all disappointed in my expectations, which I am immensely glad about. The hotel staff really consists of only professionals and experts in their field. The service is excellent and the food is delicious, the chef deserves special thanks.

The territory, although not very large, is clean, as are the rooms, which are cleaned every day, as if on an alarm clock. Yes, the hotel is not perfect, there is furniture that looks shabby and there is a slight coating of scale on the plumbing, but otherwise everything is fine.
