This is a new hotel, we looked at the photos, we liked the design, in fact everything matched the photos. Regarding the room, not everything was smooth. Light bulbs shone in our room, and day and night, it was impossible to sleep, I went to the reception for three or four days and asked to call the master. The hotel is decent and normal, but what did the staff bring it to? ! The drain in the shower was clogged, when we washed, we stood ankle-deep in water. We asked once again that the garbage was taken from us, the towels were changed, but the cleaning was terrible. The staff itself is not bad, but when you enter the room, and there are dead flies lying around in the same place for three days in a row, somehow it’s not very pleasant, once I even brought a cleaner to us and asked her if she really that the number has been removed. I just work in this area and I know how rooms should be cleaned, how quick and general cleaning goes, if I didn’t understand anything about this, then this is another matter. In the tour we included only breakfasts, breakfast as breakfast, usual, but it suited us. On the territory there was no pool, no patio, only the hotel itself. I was in Georgia for the first time, and I realized that there was a mix of new buildings, 5-storey houses, a private sector, every morning roosters started crowing near us. We lived on the 3rd floor, it was very hot, although there was air conditioning, but you couldn’t sleep under it for a long time, we had to open the window and listen to the roosters. If you leave the hotel and walk 500 meters, there will immediately be a promenade and a beach, there are a lot of pharmacies nearby, exchange offices on every corner, many different shops. The beach is good, municipal, free, you could take sunbeds, you could not take them, the sea is beautiful. There are very nice staff at the reception, they are all young there, they always helped when it was necessary to call a taxi or suggest something, they were always happy to help. The hotel offered us excursions, the guide is a good girl, she told us everything, left her contacts, but her prices were 10-20 dollars more expensive, since there were three of us, it was noticeable, so we didn’t buy tours from her.
