We were met at the airport, brought to the hotel, all showed, told, quickly settled. We liked the room, everything was great, we cleaned and changed towels every day. We liked everything in this hotel, it was 300 meters to the sea. There was a swimming pool on the territory. Buffet food, we had breakfast, a lot of food.

Within 10 meters - many shops, currency exchange offices, very well-developed infrastructure. Good hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the city center. We stayed in a family room, a great option for a family with a child, spacious room, good breakfasts and what's good about the hotel is the pool.

On May 2.2014, three of our clients refused to check into Era Palace (Batumi) due to dirt in the lobby. The hotel gave an explanation that “there was a large group the day before and they didn’t manage to clean up after it” (?!! ) They refused to return the money. Sky Travel DMC Georgia
