Forbidden: to sit downstairs in the lobby in the evening, laugh, drink wine near the hotel, most likely still talk and breathe, but we no longer began to check and tried to spend as little time in this "wonderful place".
The manager herself, of course, will not make a remark to you, she is afraid, but she will ask the guys at the reception to do this, who every morning will guiltily ask you not to rest and not to be happy.
Day and night you will be monitored by cameras and they will definitely tell you how wrong you lived this day.
BUT! I would like to specially thank the manager Nick. Golden man, with a difficult fate, as he chose to work there temporarily. If you happen to be in this hotel feel free to contact him, he will save you. If not for him, then the whole holiday would have been completely ruined.
I wish this hotel to either change the female manager, who, like a vampire, does not sleep at night and monitors everyone, or call the services of an excavator and finish the history of this place.

I rested in Batumi from June 28 to July 5.2021, I chose the first line, because I didn’t want to go to the beach and from the beach in the heat, although for this money it would be better to choose something worthy! About the hotel itself: the room was cleaned 1 time in 7 days and then at my request! The refrigerator was changed three times because it didn't work!! ! I was shocked, my foreigner friend did not believe me that there was no normal coffee for breakfast at the hotel, this is nonsense (the hotel positions itself as 4 stars)!!!

The water park didn't work. So the only plus is the location of the hotel, actually on the beach, everything else is a complete minus! It is better to walk a little on foot to the beach, but choose decent conditions for the same money.

I hope that we were just unlucky and all the inconveniences are just a coincidence. Since the location of the hotel is excellent, the first line, the water park is nearby (but not on the territory, as it may seem from the photographs), there is a supermarket, a good restaurant, an exchange office and everything you need for a good rest nearby.

But....in the hotel itself, the service is at a very low level. From the moment we checked in, we had problems. We were overpowered 3 times for various reasons. At first we were given an uncleaned room, in the next room there was no bed for a child. But then everything worked out. But problems of this kind were not only with us. Then the wi-fi in the room disappeared. Then the light went out for a day, followed by hot water.
There is no safe in the room or at the reception.
Breakfast is very weak and repetitive, poor quality products.
The staff is relaxed.
The water park is located under the windows of the hotel, for residents there is a 50% discount.
