The hotel positions Xia as 4*.
The only advantage in theory is the location in the heart of the Knightsbrdge area.
On practice:
The building is squeezed on both sides by large-scale construction and reconstruction of another house. Both are a source of industrial noise from the early morning, dust and dirt on the windows.
The interior is obscenely worn, the floor in the elevator is splattered with paint and simply not cleaned.
There was no hot water in the suite (#11) , and transfer to another room with hot water two nights later was possible only with loss of quality - DBLE.
The curtains between the window frames, apparently intended for the role of a non-transparent drapery from prying eyes from the houses on the contrary, cope with the task 100%, since they seem to have not been erased since the end of the last century.

The hotel does not have a dining/restaurant area. Therefore, a meager continental breakfast can only be brought to the room. At the same time, no one will tell you what to order in advance. It is recognized by an empirical way... Tea and coffee bags are brought only after a repeated reminder.
There is no internet in the room. WiFi is only available in the ground floor lobby and not always.
There are plenty of better places in London for the money.
I recommend looking at other options.
