Stayed at this hotel for 10 days on honeymoon. We flew through Geneva, rented a car at the airport, drove ourselves to the hotel. Underground parking, very convenient, most importantly free)) We were in the off-season in November, so there were very few people. We were very well received at the reception, escorted to the room, everything was shown and told, in general, the service left only pleasant impressions. Also, a woman from Russia worked there, so all issues were resolved quickly. Since we were 10 days old, they cleaned the room and changed bed linen on the 5th day of our stay for free. When we checked out, we threw the dishes in the dishwasher in the evening, took out the garbage, and they didn’t charge us a penny for the final cleaning. The room was on two floors with a bedroom on the second floor and overlooking the Mont Blanc. Also in the room is a TV, DVD (discs were given at the reception), an equipped kitchen. We usually had breakfast in the room, and had lunch and dinner in the center. Throughout November, the pool and sauna are closed, there is an announcement about this on the hotel website, so this did not come as a surprise to us. in addition, the hotel has a gym, billiards and table tennis. We liked it very much and we plan to visit this hotel again.
