LOCATION
This is the hotel's greatest asset - a great option for exploring Paris. It is located practically on Lafayette. The metro Cadet is very close, on this branch you can reach many important sights, and some are within walking distance. There are many cafes, grocery stores and restaurants around. Very friendly staff, will help in any situation. 24-hour reception, there is a Russian-speaking girl Anush, she helped us book a transfer to the airport at a good price (18 euros per person). A relatively quiet place, which is important for Paris. The windows do not overlook a big noisy street, but a square with a playground.
HOTEL AND ROOM
I should note that I booked this hotel through booking, no one asked for passports when checking in, it was enough to give a surname and all the formalities were over.

The hotel has an elevator that comes not to the floor itself, but to half, but this is not a problem. The room has a comfortable bed with bedside tables, a safe, hairdryer, TV. The closet is more like a pencil case. The room is warm, but the air conditioner was not found, in the summer it will probably be hard. The rooms on the third and fourth floors have small balconies (we lived on the second). We didn’t take breakfast, because we thought that 10 euros per person was a little expensive for muesli, yogurt and liquid coffee, so I can’t say anything, I know from the reviews of other guests. The room, of course, is microscopic, but this did not particularly bother us, since we spent most of our time exploring the city and sights. The bathroom has a decent quality shower. With the presence of hot water full order. Of the soap-and-rinse accessories, only liquid soap, which they consider to be both a gel and a shampoo, in general, is three in one. It is better to book a non-smoking room, as you can get into the ashtray.
LIMITATIONS
The absence of glasses in the room and a corkscrew (a significant drawback for France, since you can’t help but taste the local wine there). I also consider the absence of a refrigerator to be a big minus, in cold weather we used a place outside the window as one, and in warm weather, I don’t even know how to solve the issue. Cleaning is not very high quality, despite the tip, but not critical. An unpleasant moment - soap ran out near the washbasin, but it was never replenished - I had to climb into the shower to get it. Internet is paid - 2.5 per hour, however, there are promotions.
* * *
It is quite possible to recommend this hotel to those who are not embarrassed by some shortcomings. We paid 85 euros per night (according to the promotion) and it turned out to be excellent value for money by Parisian standards.
If you have any questions, I'll be happy to help in any way I can.
