The area is dirty and homeless. The phone in the room didn't work all week, despite being asked to fix it from day one. There was no hot water from time to time. Terribly prickly blankets are not tucked into duvet covers, they are simply placed on top of the sheets. On the second day of our stay, the combination locks on the Samsonite suitcase worth 350 Euros were broken by the roots, despite the fact that the door to the room was not broken.
