They settled me on the first (zero) floor and I was upset, the room seemed tiny and uncomfortable, but then I got used to it. I agree with previous reviews - the location is really good. Although there are better ones. Unless there is a convenient transport interchange - the metro is nearby. After the question - how to get inside the room - already in English he said that this was not his job, the repairman would come tomorrow. How! In general, they opened it somehow....in 30 minutes.
