The hotel is located directly opposite the entrance to the metro station "Grand Boulevards", about 10 minutes from the square and the metro station of the same name "Opera". WiFi: the password is issued at the reception for 3 days, after that you need to call, the reception will dictate a new password. Access speed is normal. In addition, excellent breakfasts. Naturally, someone may miss something, but for Europe, this hotel has very good breakfasts. Is there a safe in the room. The hotel has 2 elevators. The bathroom is quite clean, towels and bed are white. In the bathroom there is a gel-shampoo in one container, there is a shower cap and a comb. In general, it is clear that the bathroom was renovated several years ago.
Cons: they turned out to be too much, despite the fact that, in general, I am not very pretentious.
The room is just tiny. No place to put 2 small suitcases. We, two young ladies, weighing 50-53 kg each with a height of 165 cm, could only pass each other by taking a deep breath. Found a pair of socks in the nightstand. A little later, we realized why they were left to us : )
The fact is that the door to the toilet did not close, there was a gap all the time, and no elementary lock was provided. But we decided to use the old way, a piece of paper. Later it turned out that the hair dryer also did not work ((
Colleagues from another room asked the reception for an iron. They found an iron, only the people were ironed in 2-3 doses. After turning on the iron, the entire riser was cut down. We were deprived of such pleasure, because. I have been carrying a mini-iron, a knife, a boiler and a flashlight for such events for a long time. Actually, I almost always carry a hair dryer, but this time I hoped...
The air conditioner is very old. When turned on, the room is ventilated with dust from the air conditioner, if we want to open the windows (the room overlooked the courtyard), the smell of burnt oil is guaranteed to accompany all night.
When I tried again to pass my colleague in the room, I accidentally touched the closet, and he, like a snake, began to drop the film (MDF? ) at the joints : )
The lamp above the bed worked only with a certain tilt of the lampshade...
The people at the reception, on the one hand, quickly, at my request, printed boarding passes, but forgot to prepare lunch bags....Maybe I didn’t forget, I don’t know.
