People! For the first time in my life I am writing a review, although I have traveled a lot. Shocked by the "warm welcome" so much that I can't resist. At the Royal Mansart Hotel, I booked a single for 2 months and paid in advance. Planned to meet in this hotel with friends from Israel. That's the only reason I chose this hole. As a result, having arrived from the airport late in the evening, I encountered the rudeness of an Arab at the reception. Without apology, he made it clear, pointing with a dirty finger on the map, that my hotel was not this one, but another. I contacted the host company (By the way - also terrible - MSF) and found out that the hotel AUTHENTICLY decided to move me to another Comprador hotel. Also 2 stars, but the room is 12 euros cheaper than what I paid! In the attic without a window! The hotel "Royal Mansart" rudely refused to pay for my taxi to THEIR CHOSEN FOR ME lodging for the night! Thus, I received a psychological trauma, a real stress, which Royal Mansart owes. I was not even called a car and had to hail a taxi on the street after a 40 minute wait. Unprecedented rudeness and disgusting - I have never seen anything like it in my 41 years of life. When my friends from Israel arrived at the same hotel a day later (October 16.2010), it turned out to be absolutely amazing - that they had booked a room for 2 in the same way given to someone else))))) I guess, given the main food exhibition that took place these days, they found more profitable customers and simply threw us out into the street. The reasons - why it happened, sounded three different - that is, they lie in the hotel, gentlemen, and do not blush. Fortunately, we found ourselves a more decent hotel and generally had a good time, but the spent nerves cannot be returned. I do not recommend anyone to contact Royal Mansart. Believe me. in Paris you can find quite decent 2 stars with decent and polite staff. And in the hotel Comprador (with which the Royal Mansart is friends) the rooms are also cleaned, as it turned out - they stole a camera from our friend. Such a story. . Tatyana
