The fact is that the tour package did not suit us. None, because in connection with the work of a young man, we had only 5 days. And departure only on Monday, which is rare for tour packages. After shoveling a bunch of reviews, making a bunch of calls to TA, each time explaining that you need separate tickets, separate visas, a hotel and insurance. I called and wrote for three days. Do you think someone called back???????? ? No. I was in mild shock. The price of the issue, of course, is not the biggest (all together it turned out about 70 thousand for two). But not to Egypt for 18 thousand for two. I decided on the Lanta Tour. I called the main phone. I was connected to the branch at the Tretyakov Gallery with the manager Anastasia. The first thing she told me, and I emphasize that in a very unfriendly tone: "It will cost you twice as much, do you need it?????
I say: "Well, you try. I saw tickets from Aeroflot for 34 thousand round trip for two, we just need a hotel that is clean and in the center. " Okay, he says, I'll look. Do you think you called back? But after all, you have to work, look for tickets, pick up a hotel ...To be honest, of course, another person would immediately decide to make a tour for himself. But I was afraid. I'll explain why. The fact is that for us it was the first Schengen. At work, they don’t officially suit me, I don’t have a residence permit in the Russian Federation. I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, but registered in another state. I have a general passport, but only with a temporary registration. I have no permanent registration in the Russian Federation, just a blank sheet in my passport, without a stamp. Therefore, we decided, firstly, to insure for the full cost, and secondly, I needed the usual help in obtaining a Schengen visa.
I don’t know what hit me, but for some reason I dialed again for Lanta-tour, but at the department on Mayakovka. And here, about a miracle! , I'm lucky. The manager Tatyana, a young girl, took care of us (I don’t know her last name, I know that she’s not Sviridkina: ) They have two Tatyanas there). She called back on every issue that arose, helped with visas, although we applied to the French Exhibition Center on our own, due to problems with registration and work. She helped us find this very pleasant hotel, which has not yet been mastered by Russian citizens. Comrades, this is not advertising, this is sincere thanks to the tourism worker for the good work. Only because of her I gave a rating of 5 to the tour operator, and a minus for Anastasia on Tretkovka.

Finally, I will go to the hotel. The hotel is located in the 9th arrondissement, two minutes from the Cadet metro station, a 10-15 minute walk from the Opera, where all excursions start and the bus leaves for all the sights of Paris. The hotel is wonderful.
There are almost no reviews on Russian sites, there is one and the same one and it is noticeable that from a tourism worker. But there are plenty of reviews on foreign sites. Very clean hotel!! ! Especially for the French, who do not burden themselves with such a trifle as cleanliness. The hotel is small in height of 7 floors. We were given a room on the 4th floor. The room is small, but not tiny, there is a place to open a suitcase like warming yourself : ) I think this is not the best room in the hotel, because usually they give you worse first, if you don’t like it, then they move better. In the photo on the hotel website, our room is definitely not ....it is generally different. But very clean and it feels like just yesterday they finished the renovation. Not a single chip, not a single scratch ...True, there was no bathroom promised by the site, but the bathroom was of normal size. It is possible for two to fit comfortably in the shower. Elevator is normal size. Very pleasant patio. Although breakfasts are held on the minus 1 floor, however, the roof is glass and overlooks the courtyard.
It is very pleasant to sit and have a delicious breakfast with the sky above your head. Reception 24/7, very decent in all respects. They speak good English. language. They didn't really master Russian, maybe that's why it's so quiet in the hotel : ) We were, in my opinion, the only Russians in the hotel.
Breakfasts are monotonous, but very tasty! A couple of types of sausages, croissants, cheeses, delicious coffee, cereals, boiled eggs, yogurts, sweet snails, delicious baguettes, various jams, fruit purees. My young man twice asked for an omelette from the workers, five minutes later they brought us delicious chatter with a smile. They didn't quite understand English. lang. Therefore, we were glad that we were at least somehow understood : ) None of the guests were seen for "such impudence" anymore : )
Cleaning every day, change of towels, cleanliness was guaranteed.
