The location is convenient - the corner of Rue La Faiette, 9th district, to the Gallery and the Opera is 7-10 minutes at a walking pace, and from the Opera there are tourist buses every 15 minutes - with an electronic guide in Russian, the ticket is valid for 2 days, you can go to any stop and then get on the next bus.
Near metro Cadet, you can also walk up to the Sacré -Coeur. However, the price, in comparison with Germany or Holland, in my opinion is unreasonably high.
For example, the Doelen 4 * hotel in Amesterdam costs much less, being in the very center, having a wonderful old interior and, in addition, with champagne for breakfast!
But in general, if the price is not important, you can safely visit.
