2. On August 4, at 5 am, we had to leave the hotel, then follow the metro to the train station and there take the train to Charles de Gaulle Airport for 40 minutes, since registration starts at 7 am. For the hotel and for the entire stay was paid on the first day, we were given a printout and informed that everything was paid for. On August 3, in the evening, I decided to play it safe and asked the manager if everything was paid for with us, since we have to travel 40 km to the airport with a 5-year-old child and with suitcases. One manager told us that there were no problems, well, I think, okay, we need to ask the other one, who changed, and explained that we would have to go to the airport early in the morning if we would have any problems, we were assured that no, then he had me as a bore he asked again, he said that everything is OK check-out will take 5 minutes no more. On the 4th of August at 5 am I unload my bags and the same manager says that you have not paid 99 euros of tourist tax. Also shows some file Iksel WHAT????!!!! ! Unfortunately, the end of the holiday in Paris was overshadowed by this situation and the piggy attitude of the hotel staff. Upon returning home, we described the whole situation to the hotel's email and we were told that they would talk to Yasin (the hero of the occasion) and hope that we had a good time at their hotel.
