Advantages: the center of Paris, the right bank (30 seconds to Tuileries Park, 3 minutes to Place Vendô me), very friendly, helpful service at the reception (in English, French and even - in one of the shifts - in good Russian), hearty breakfasts with high-quality juices and yoghurts; during the day, delicious tea and good coffee are offered in the hotel lobby.

Disadvantages: the hotel became a four-star hotel, which significantly increased the cost of living in it, but remained a solid three-star hotel in a number of ways: small rooms - both standard and more expensive deluxe, which, in general, is typical for Parisian hotels; lack of ventilation in a miniature combined bathroom (after taking a shower, the door to the bathroom has to be left open for a long time, but after the toilet - let's say, do not rush to take a shower); despite the late spring, the absence of any fresh vegetables for breakfast (in winter and spring, the diet is exactly the same); rooms overlooking the courtyard are filled early in the morning with annoying noise from the kitchen and the rattle of carts - even through closed windows; very weak, constantly intermittent wi-fi in the rooms, stable internet is found only in the hotel lobby.
Nevertheless, despite the listed shortcomings, I want to return to this hotel again - first of all, thanks to the friendly helpful service at the reception, good location, and Paris itself, of course...

Small and quite cozy hotel without any frills and claims, really in the center of Paris (1st arrondissement). Convenient location - 1 minute walk to the Tuileries Park and Place Vendô me, 5 minutes to the Louvre, 7 - to the Opé ra Garnier (a traditional gathering place for tourist groups). Good varied breakfast (full "American buffet").

Good varied breakfast (full "American buffet"). Standard rooms for 1-2 people are too tiny, and the "price / quality" ratio of superior rooms has a significant tilt towards the price (if you don't mind the money, then it's better to stay in a four-star hotel). A trap for gullible tourists: some unscrupulous travel agencies position the hotel as "3*sup" or "3*+". This is a hoax, the hotel itself honestly defines itself as a three-star hotel without any additives, which it really is.
