In the morning we decided to have coffee in the bar opposite the reception. The 10-minute coffee drinking ended very sadly: my bag was stolen, and my husband's camera was stolen. We contacted the reception and security for help. It turned out that according to their stupid French laws, nothing can be filmed on CCTV cameras, as this violates the rights of the Frenchman. And the fact that our rights have been violated is of no interest to anyone. And no one helped us. They also accused us of coming to the bar without things or forgetting them somewhere. That is, the guards in the lobby are just statues that will not help you in any way. Both the bar staff and the hotel staff did not offer any help. Everyone just threw up their hands. And we left without things, without compensation, and even without an apology left this hotel.
CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL. Highly recommend!!!!! !
