No fridge, no minibar either. Our bathroom sink was broken and the drain was not working. We turned to the reception, we were promised to fix everything, but the promise was not fulfilled. True, they said that they could replace our room, but we refused, as we had already laid out all the things in this room. Cleaning was done by colored girls and they didn’t really care. In general, honestly and frankly, there was no cleaning. The hotel restaurant is ok, we had breakfast included. Breakfast is standard, no frills, but everything is edible. True, the omelet and sausages ended very quickly, and additionally they could only be brought in an hour. The hotel staff is also Africanos. The dishes seemed to be clean and enough. The coffee in the machine looked like a bourda, but this is traditional for France - their croissants are delicious, and coffee is clearly not their drink. The staff at the reception is friendly, they explained to us how and where to get at the first request. The elevator is stupid, it thinks for a very long time when you insert a card, but we quickly got used to it. I also heard from other guests that they had bedbugs in their room, I didn’t notice this with us. Another comrades had a strong stench, and they found cheese under the pillow, went to the reception with a request to change the room, but they were refused. In general, I don’t want to live in this hotel anymore, it’s better to pay a little more, but take a chain, for example, Ibis. We lived in the Ibis in Metz when we left Paris, and the difference is huge in every aspect.

As a result, I paid the hotel bill and for 3 weeks now I have additionally blocked 500 euros, I can’t use them. In addition, I had to pay not with a foreign currency card, but with a ruble one - the exchange rate was more than 2 rubles higher than that of my bank - there was still a loss on the exchange rate of more than 1300 rubles. In short, this cheap hotel is not for the poor. . .

Having received a certificate from the police about the theft, the record was never interrogated, she persuaded me for two days! Either there is no manager, then some other reasons. The question arises, does the porter have anything to do with the theft? How does the owner of the hotel feel about this? I am not interested in why the receptionist covers the theft, it is unlikely that he got very rich from my bag (there was not much cash, the card was immediately blocked), but a dirty impression of the hotel remained !!!! ! I don’t care about the bag: I restored the documents, money is a thing to come, I was surprised by the attitude towards the guests and I want to ask: is the video camera just so that the guests do not take a piece of sausage or an apple out of the restaurant? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE TOGETHER WITH THE ENTIRE NETWORK OF CAMPAILS: THE POLICY IS ONE EVERYWHERE - THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T SPIT!!! !

What a wonderful hotel! I haven’t seen such comfort for a long time. The most pleasant staff, delicious and varied breakfasts, comfortable beds. There are no problems to get there. And, most importantly, inexpensive! In general, I advise!
