The rooms are pretty shabby, absolutely soviet type. The presence of a safe in the room is a clear exaggeration, you can leave valuables in a common safe at the reception.

Very very very average hotel. Located across the street from the Montparnasse Tower. It occupies the corner of a residential building. 9 floors, each with something like 6 rooms. The rooms are pretty shabby, absolutely soviet type. The presence of a safe in the room is a clear exaggeration, you can leave valuables in a common safe at the reception. A small TV set from the 90s, a telephone, a hair dryer in the bathroom, a small refrigerator in the bedside table - these are all the signs of civilization in the room. The windows overlook the road (for all accommodation options), and on a rather busy one (this is the station area), so you can only sleep with the window closed. The rooms are of course clean: cleaned, towels changed daily. The staff is mostly black. In English, you can easily explain yourself, politeness and responsiveness - yes - the French cannot be taken away.
Breakfast. Breakfast is the smallest of all. Literally: croissant, poppy seed bun, bread, butter, jam, hot drink (tea, coffee), orange juice. This menu is the same throughout the stay. As much as I am a fan of croissants, coffee and light breakfasts in principle, but when they brought this typical French breakfast on the plane, an involuntary groan escaped : )
Yes, and another disadvantage of the hotel is quite far from the Opera - a place where tourists gather for bus tours. Therefore, to all expenses, add another 2.5 - 3 euros per day for the metro there and back. Metro nearby.
Such is the picture. But there is one big and undoubted plus for this small, unremarkable hotel: outside the window is Paris. It's worth a lot : ) I wish you a good rest.
