Day 4 (end). Feast of Light, Queues and Philosophical Reflections
Returning to Lyon and straight to the New City, one of the short routes of the Holy of Holies starts from here.
Monuments are highlighted on a regular basis and outside the competition program))
Bridges and houses also shine out of competition, reflecting millions of multicolored lights in the water.
Erik Barray's Lucioles offers us a leisurely stroll along the promenade. In the alley of plane trees live bright and ephemeral bees, buzzing as if in a real hive. Dozens of bizarre creatures crawl in the tunnel under the bridge, and huge cocoons give birth to many colorful butterflies.
On the approach to the Parc de la Tê te d’Or is a huge queue, winding a snake along the street. I sigh sadly, but there is no choice - I stand.
I understand that no matter how you bypass the queues that were formed for any work Fê te des Lumiè res, located in the room (I, by the way, through those queues and missed some of the work), they will still find you and will wait)) eGHX9ynxh84AX9LTumT & _nc_ht = scontent. fiev3-1. fna & _nc_tp = 1 & oh = 4c5ec950861bf30baf2862e75d07092f & oe = 5EA72B7C "style =" hep: "
I stand. Many hours. I look after people. The people communicate and wait calmly. And I catch myself that after five minutes of standing nervously trampled on the spot and "control" the eyes of the perimeter of the queue so that no one climbed)) Interestingly, this is the feeling of "Soviet" man, it will one day be erased from genetic memory or live with this for a long time?
The Parc de la Tê te d'Or itself covers an area of .117 hectares. And its history began in 1857, when the city acquired a landscape park by Pré fet Vaï sse A little later, in 1856, Lyon acquired more land here. The goal was to create a landscape complex reminiscent of the famous Boulogne Forest in Paris.
The name of the park looks like a legend that a Jewish treasure with a golden head was once hidden in this area. Today, the Golden Head Park is considered one of the largest botanical gardens in Europe.
The central entrance to the park - Porte des Enfants du Rhô ne , was built in the late 19th century. When it looked like this (photo from here ):

I don't know if 40 minutes of standing in line affected the perception or scale of the production, but Christophe Berthonneau's Regarde to the music of Scott Gibbons confidently entered the top three of my own ranking of the best works of the festival.
According to the author, beings from another planet are watching the richness and diversity of our Earth. And it is unclear who you are - an observer or a test object.
Trees alternate in color:
White spots on trees are light acrobats that move like ghosts quickly and inaudibly in the crown of plants.
Extensive totems have been installed on the lake, on which the history of the origin and development of life on the planet Earth is projected.
Slightly closer to one of the totems:
Water and flame. Eternal antagonists united in one work. Impressive action! The last two minutes of the show can be viewed here:

Everything.
My time is up.
I return to the hostel. I'm putting my backpack away. I'm going to the airport. By the way, here is another work from the festival program - TRANSHUMANCE from Vendredi4.
Eight large arches in front of Terminal 1. Their streamlined structure, inspired by alpine reliefs, forms a light tunnel 4 meters high. The construction changes colors in accordance with the musical composition of Pierre Marbaix.
Given that my flight will only be in the morning, and in Lyon for the Fê te des Lumiè it is really easier to find snow than accommodation - I had to book a hotel in the suburbs, closer to the airport, for my last night.
If you also live in Сomfort Hotel Aeroport Lyon St Exupery, знайте – їх the transfer from / to the airport at night practically does not work.
Getting to the hotel is not a problem, the problem is where exactly to go)) I seem to have run around the perimeter of the entire airport, until I found a small trail between two construction sites, which led to the right path.
At the reception, the girl, as if from a classic anecdote about a programmer and accountant, laments someone in the phone - I did nothing, just pressed the button, and it all disappeared and does not turn back on, aaaaa! ))
I stand. I'm waiting for the button to be found, the computer will work and let me into the room. The pedometer has long fixed yesterday's figure - 2.155 and began to count a new day. And I'm still standing))
Finally the system worked. Already in the room I doubt I'm looking at the times - maybe not go to bed? Anyway, get up soon))
Day 5. Airport, Christmas tree and return home
I slept a little, I was going a little. Transfer to the airport. Christmas tree.
Lufganza is now practicing landing in groups - the first to launch sitting near the windows. So I feel like a "priority" passenger and the first to move to the plane)). Kyiv on the horizon:
At the airport, in a queue of 20 people at the border control, I will remember yesterday’s Parc de la Tê te d’Or. As they say - hear the difference!
Our people do not want to wait, do not know how or just do not think it necessary. They definitely need to climb at least a few steps forward or just climb somewhere.
On the one hand, it's all sad.
On the other hand, there were those who stood quietly nearby and smiled. That's what inspires))
Everything, the journey is over! I am very grateful to everyone for their attention and comments: )
