These towels are changed endlessly, even more often than in Turkey, and when on the 3rd day they gave me the old dead towels, it was a moment of surprise, why should I change towels every day and, as a result, give out the old one? If I lived wonderfully with that and it was new. And when they changed the towels and changed the bed, it was damp, I was immediately reminded of this train. They are super clean. The hotel is on a direct road to the airport. The transfer was included. The hotel has its own luggage room. To the subway 5 minutes on foot, to the center 6 stops. The food at the hotel is an ideal buffet, the choice is huge, very close to Turkey. The only thing is that they don't allow food to be taken out. We were in the fall and everything suited us, many write about the fact that there is a road nearby, a highway, that in summer it can be noisy. There was no air conditioning in the room and we didn't need it. You can not warn the people of Kiev about anything, they will survive everywhere. Near the dendra park. Clean Air. If people are sensitive to noise, they may encounter this there.

Large bed (though small pillows). the room is cleaned daily, with a change of towels and the addition of shower gels and shampoos. The refrigerator is working (we cooled excellent Czech beer there). Elevators are in excellent condition (there are 6 or 8 of them). late for the excursion to Dresden due to the large number of people (namely Chinese) at breakfast.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Prague, but only 6 metro stops along the green line, and you are already in the very center of Prague at the Mustek station. Our metro station is Nadrazi veleslavin.

We survived only one night in this hotel and moved to Astoria, also a three-star hotel, but many times better than this and a twenty-minute walk across the bridge to the center. I wasn't used to staying in a hotel on vacation, but I didn't feel like staying in Crystal for even five minutes. As we were told this is a student hostel.

As already noted in other reviews - the hotel resembles a Soviet-era hotel. But the rooms are quite comfortable and they have everything you need. Breakfast is somewhat monotonous, but acceptable - pasta, sausages, rice, yogurt, several types of sausage and cheese, pastries. There is a tram stop nearby and you can get both to the metro (Dejvicka station) and directly to the city center without any problems in a maximum of 25-30 minutes. There are tram timetables (No. 20 and 26) at all stops, but I printed it out from the Internet in advance (the Prague Cheat Sheet site) and had it with me. The only serious drawback of the hotel is its location. In addition to the fact that about 300 crowns were spent on trips, which is also important, the area itself is like a bedroom, with modern buildings, where there are practically no sights. The lake and the park to some extent compensate for this.

We arrived in Prague, we were met, the hotel is located 10 minutes from Ruzyne Airport. An ordinary hotel, everything you need to eat, cleaned and changed linen every day. Breakfast from 6.45-9.45, sausage, cheese, muesli, cereals, muffins, soup alternated with sausages. I read in the reviews that there is no hair dryer, you can take a deposit of 10 euros at the reception, they didn’t give anything, the maid gave the hair dryer just like that. … More ▾ We arrived in Prague, we were met, the hotel is located 10 minutes from Ruzyne Airport. The room has a TV, telephone and a small refrigerator. On the 1st floor, where the reception is located, there is free internet! We only ate breakfast and slept in the room. So we were all set. The hotel is far from the center, the green metro line Maiden is the final one, further on the tram, all trams go past the hotel, stop Nad Jban, it seems 9 stops on the tram.

Because in all very European and in appearance, and in fact in Prague, Krystal is a clear multi-story reminder of this. And in a bad way, and in a good way, by the way. From the MINUSES:
1. it is (by Prague standards, and Prague is a small city compared to Moscow) VERY FAR from the center, it is no longer in a sleeping area, but in a super-sleeping area (like our Bibirevo-Altufievo-Mitino). Those. to get, say, to the Powder Gate, where all excursion groups like to meet, you will have 30-40 minutes, by tram, and then by metro. This is an important point, because a travel card in Prague (for all modes of transport) is bought either for 20 minutes or already for 75.20 minutes exactly before Krystal you won’t get there, you’ll have to take 75! ) Take this into account when choosing a hotel and buy (! ) a ticket: the controllers REALLY go and the fines are considerable, about 700 rubles.
2. There is NO AC in the rooms and what looks like an old radio in the wall is really an old radio. When I arrived, I began to shake it, confusing it with air conditioning. Then I was afraid that it would turn on one morning and deafen me.
3. Furniture in the room - 70s of the last century. But in general - there are traces of repair, I think it (repair) was done 5-6 years ago. Bathroom - looks very flimsy, made of plywood or chipboard - did not figure it out. Therefore, audibility, especially in the morning, is very good, don’t oversleep breakfast!
4. BREAKFAST: indeed, there was some struggle for sausages (which I never managed to see). Every day was the same - it was usually coffee-tea-juice plus pasta, cheese-sausage-butter, some cereals. I ate muesli with buns and was happy with it. There are no national dishes. The cook does not steam there, so go to restaurants for dumplings-ducks-greased cheeses.
5. if for garlic, then Russians in Prague are not very fond of. Our staff, of course, was polite to us, but through gritted teeth. I would not have felt it if I had not seen how they communicate with the same Americans or Germans.
6. THE STORE IS VERY FAR! a whole stop through the woods to a gas station where there is a grocery store, or 5 stops to Billa.
PROS:
1. crystal - a really CHEAP hotel, it pulls for three stars!
2. The area, though distant, but very QUIET. The building is high (30 floors), so you will most likely have a wonderful view either of the city (Krystal is located on the left bank of the Vltva, on foot - 1.5 hours to St. Vitus Cathedral) or on the highway with a lake and a forest!
2. THE ROOM WAS CLEANED every other day, towels were regularly changed.
3 staff UNDERSTAND RUSSIAN! Like in the good old days. Carefully: not only understands Russian, but can also be rude. I advise you to hand over your things to the safe at the reception. They didn't steal from us, but you never know . .
4. Navenoe, this is a plus: very few people! I was in June, the hotel was occupied by 20 percent, no more. Basically ours.
Summary: I do not recommend it to those who like small cozy Czech hotels (Crystal is a huge hotel made of glass and concrete in the Soviet style) and who are not ready to spend an hour and a half on the road.
I recommend it for lovers (for true or forced) economical rest. For fans of the 70-80s. For those who "came not to wallow in the room, but to see Prague. " And Prague is really a city where you will want to come back and come back, believe me.

I bought this tour from Amigo-S travel company. I would not recommend the hotel for a long trip. A week tour is the most suitable option for overnight stays here. This hotel is removed from the center, this is Prague-6. Pretty crowded. But you can live in it, and for sociable people it is even useful. You can chat with young people from the Czech Republic itself, from many European countries, even with the Japanese, if they understand your English (our sociable ladies spent all evening in the pub). … More ▾ I bought this tour from Amigo-S travel company. You can chat with young people from the Czech Republic itself, from many European countries, even with the Japanese, if they understand your English (our sociable ladies spent all evening in the pub). You can live in such a hotel if you come to Prague for a few weeks on business - do not go broke. There are rooms with a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Our group was fed at the "buffet" - sausages, corn, muesli, cheese, buns, salad - you can eat quite plumply if you wish. Then we were taken out on excursions, or rather, we ourselves went out if we were planning walks around the city - first by tram, then by metro. The road without fuss took 30-40 minutes, but the accommodation was ultra-economical.
The hotel is well kept clean and tidy. Clean bathroom, fresh towels. The refrigerator worked. There was also a radio. In general, the hotel is excellent for tourists. Especially if the tour is also well planned - it's generally great. Yes, those who travel themselves can also have it in mind.
