We rested as a family from July 4 to July 14.2024 - 4 adults and a child. I would like to note that the hotel is really fresh, well-kept grounds, clean everywhere, snow-white bed sheets and towels, the rooms are good. we had 2 rooms overlooking the pool. Everything is great in the rooms. An iron was needed, it was quickly provided, the minibar was replenished every day, cleaning was done every day.

But there was a minus, in advance the application indicated a double bed in one room and an extra bed in the second room - 2 adults and a child. unfortunately, I contacted the reception several times, nothing but promises, my husband and I were given a room with 2 separate beds), and for the youngest child only after my repeated requests they were given an extra bed ((. I didn’t like the fact that at the reception they insisted that everything was the same application, and I’m mistaken. Ultra all inclusive is stated, but apparently there are moments that can overshadow this impression. Check-in at 14.00.
We had a late flight, so we paid an extra $150 for one room until 21.00 in the evening. At the same time, at about 16.00, the older children and the youngest were sleeping in front of the road, the room opens and a hotel employee enters, check the ROOM - without ringing the bell!!! ! ! , I just opened it with my card and went in. This is the first service like this((((.
pros: I really liked the main restaurant, the menu is beyond praise, everything is very fresh, large shrimp, various fish, fruits, fresh juices, pastries....well done. The service is very attentive in the restaurant, the guys on the beach are also always helpful, always friendly.
second line hotel, but bugs constantly carry you to the beach, literally 3-5 minutes the shore is pebbly, but the water is clean and transparent. I recommend going to the beach early, we went by 8 am and were in our room by 10. The life guards are great guys, they keep a vigilant eye on everyone.
Overall a great hotel, maybe the service will be improved. I wrote about the beds to the hotel website and email - there was no answer, no apologies ((

Good afternoon For those who want good service and the sea, this is not the place. Having visited many hotels in this chain, I can make a comparison of how it could be and how it is. The idea of the hotel is good, but the execution let us down. The employees are rude, don’t want to understand you (if you speak in Russian or English, they pretend they don’t understand).

The idea of the hotel is good, but the execution let us down. The employees are rude, don’t want to understand you (if you speak in Russian or English, they pretend they don’t understand). Gestrelation is generally a rude person. The rooms are ordinary as for Rixos, but there are a lot of breakdowns (the door to the balcony and the interior door did not close, the tiles on the floor were loose in places, the rug was in the trash, there was dust on the shelves. They stained all the things by hanging them from the closet (shavings, red dust). In The air conditioning in the restaurant is very strong at lunchtime, but in the evening they don’t even have to wait for the waiter, it’s better to go to the bar yourself. The mini-club’s opening hours are also strange; in the hot sun there are games of football, basketball, and a cable car, but in the evening all this is closed. .
The only advantages are food (tasty and varied), large-scale evening shows. Don't waste your money. So far this hotel is very weak. The administration needs to decide something about staff training. Many vacationers have the same opinion. Everything is beautiful, but stupid

The hotel is new, large area, many pools, a beautiful reef (life jackets, masks and fins are provided on the beach), many restaurants, a variety of food products (it is impossible to give an objective assessment based on the quality of preparation, someone like me loves rare and Michelin-starred restaurants , but for someone it’s delicious to gnaw on overcooked octopus with beer a la carte?? ? ? both are ok) It’s simply impossible to please everyone! What pleased me was the service.

The scale of construction is amazing. Autumn is huge on superb grounds. So far two Tyrants and BluePlanets are working. Lots of tourists. Mostly from Russia. The staff tries very hard. They take you to the sea in a golf cart. Alakart restaurants are open. The rooms are all new. And everything in the hotel is new.

They take you to the sea in a golf cart. Alakart restaurants are open. The rooms are all new. And everything in the hotel is new. Pleasant to use. Check in on time. Rooms are cleaned daily. The pools are warm. The most fun for children. The reef at sea is amazing. A lot of beautiful fish. It's like diving into a big aquarium. Masks and fins are provided on the pier. You can go to the nearby Seagate hotel to the water park.
