About the hotel: we arrived from Odessa at 4 in the morning, by 5 we were already at the hotel, after what we saw, the dream was taken away, we understood that we would not be settled before lunch, so at the reception they gave $ 15 for an early check-in. The room that we settled in for a long time needs to be repaired, the faucet in the bathroom has the impression that it rests on snot, mold is everywhere. There are constant queues in the dining room, there is no variety in the choice of food... well, of course you won’t stay hungry, but you won’t get much pleasure either. The staff is "noble" - rudeness is their middle name, animation is one name, the girl Tina is doing a good job, but her partner Saif Borey can hardly be called an animator, a typical gigolo.
For a surcharge of $ 20, they found a more or less normal number after the third attempt. Everything is in working order. True, the refrigerator is noisy, there is 1 channel on the body in Russian, the rest are foreign, but it is impossible to watch them from interference. The bath is rusty and dirty, we climbed only in beach shoes, the toilet is also yellow from rust. Hot water was almost always present, but the pressure became weak for about an hour from 17 o'clock, when people returned from the beach. I don't know about the first floor, we lived on the second. The hair dryer has a very short wire, it is problematic to dry the whole head.
Bed linen is clean but of very poor quality. The beds are comfortable. Water in the room, shampoos and a small bar of soap, toilet. paper was always brought upon request. I was pleased with the tiles on the floor, because in the corridor there was a dirty carpet, which the worker once swept with a brush, raising clouds of dust. They don't have a vacuum cleaner. For parents with kids. The water supply system is very poor, there are no ceilings between floors, the doors to these rooms are not closed, and such rooms are near each room. Watch the children in both eyes, do not let one out of the room.
The hotel area is small, there is greenery, a broken-down non-working fountain spoils the picture. 2 pools. We didn't use it.
The beach is of a normal size (I read in the reviews that it was small) is divided into 2 halves for Gazala Beach and Gardens. But you can rest on any half. Sunbeds wooden, ancient. There are mattresses. Towels are not torn, clean, half of them are good new. We walked along the entire beach line. Many hotels have almost such old sunbeds. Only a few have seen plastic ones.
Sea. The sea is dirty. There is an accumulation of boats and foam and a film from fuel and lubricants form on the surface. The entrance is good. Near the buoys there are many different fish, we saw a turtle and a stingray. Sometimes fish swam in shallow water. So, those who do not swim had the opportunity to admire
Dining room. Three meals a day and that's it. No snacks or snacks. Rather, there is, but for a fee. Friends recognized the hamburger for $5. There are few plates, many chipped ones, the service is poor, don't count on an addition. Tea for 2 liters 5 disposable bags and Burda coffee are poured into plastic cups. Fruit melon and oranges. A fat Arab handing out salads goes to sweets and eats them without hesitation. Ugh. Not badly prepared. You will not be hungry, this is just the case. Every day ice cream for everyone. There are 2 a la carte restaurants but it's not worth it.
Animation is. Every day, exercises on the beach and aqua, fun contests. Evening disco, karaoke, also competitions. The activity of vacationers is almost at zero. Few visit the evening animation. Sitting by the pool, sniffing bleach.
Wifi only at reception. Tolerable if send messages and photos. You can call without video.
Output. All newcomers are initially shocked and want to run away from the hotel. I don't recommend, I don't recommend.
We have been vacationing for several years, but we have never had such a terrible vacation. We were in the top three and five. This time we decided not to overpay, took four. This hotel does not even qualify for a triple.

We arrived at the hotel at 6:00. As we found out later, at that time there were free rooms. But at the reception they said to wait until 12.00. Well wait, so wait. After all, check-in is after 14.00. We sat down at the reception with suitcases and jackets and waited. And this is after a 4-hour night flight. We don't have breakfast. We wait.
A Russian-speaking girl, Olga, comes up to us and says that they have a changing room and a left-luggage office, we can change clothes and go to the sea.
By the way, this Olga is the only and big plus for this hotel. She will always tell, show, advise, help in problematic issues. Here is her respect and respect.

Let's go for lunch. In previous reviews they wrote about food, but I honestly did not expect this. To call it a restaurant - the language does not turn. Ordinary Soviet dining room. Completely unsanitary. (And this is during a pandemic). Dishes are missing. You have to wait for clean dishes, and then fight to take possession of it. The food, to be honest, for a dining room (please note: for a dining room, not for a 4-star restaurant), the food is not badly prepared. But the organization of the meal itself is unsatisfactory. In any case, more dishes could have been purchased. There are not enough plates, a lot of broken ones. Plastic cups, no napkins. Food, if late, not enough. Although later, they adapted, they were not hungry.
After checking into the rooms (we were 5 people), one room got normal.
The air conditioner didn't work and the safe didn't work. But this is nonsense compared to the second number!! ! In a room that is designed for 2 people, 3 are settled. In general, they put another couch. (And the person paid for a full bed). There is no warm water in the room, the safe does not work (although this is a problem in all hotel rooms), the refrigerator does not work. Wash went to the first room. After the complaint, the problems were not solved. Olga helped (a huge thank you to her! ) After two days, they nevertheless moved to another room, which has water, but no light. The light was done, but the refrigerator, the TV did not work. And this is a 4 star hotel. The air conditioner operates only in ventilation mode.
Well, how do you rest in such conditions. For the entire stay at the hotel, the room was cleaned only once. We had to beg for toilet paper and water. Thanks again Olga!
We saw the guide from the tour operator only once, when he sold his excursions at exorbitant prices. No more use for it.
The beach for this hotel deserves 10 balls. You can fly here only because of the beach. Sand, gentle entrance to the sea. Step back 50-100m - beautiful coral reef.
Therefore, what kind of beach, 10 points are put for the first line, and I would put 2 points for the hotel itself. That's why the average score is 5-6 points.

From the minute of arrival, the staff was freezing and refused to settle even if there were free rooms. To check in with difficulty and scandal, they asked for a number. Which subsequently changed four times! Bungalow as after the war. Torn faucets and shower faucets. Broken toilets (water gurgles and pumps non-stop). Outlets not working. No power or cuts out constantly. Refrigerator missing or not working. Safes don't even open. There are no batteries in the remotes and the safe. Air conditioners not working or catastrophically buzzing and flowing dirty slurry on the walls and on the floor. Such a luxury as a TV - from the last century and often not working. The locks and latches on the doors are broken.
Towels were dirty after check in. When asked to replace, they said that they were not dirty, but old. Bed linen was not changed. With the remains of someone else's hair. The furniture near the bungalow crumbles. The territory is running. Vegetation is fading. Only the palm trees survived. The pools are not cleaned and stink of chlorine + are closed for repairs (artificial turf is being laid). The sea is gorgeous. Garbage is collected on the beach. But the beds are heavy wooden and very old. The mattresses are dirty and torn. The first line is engaged at 6 am.
The dining room is in a terrible state and looks like a barn. The dishes are old, very dirty and constantly missing. Cooking (omelettes) in complete unsanitary conditions. The cook does not even clean the fumes and does not lubricate with oil. The cook himself did not change his overalls for a week. Greased and unwashed. The food is disgusting and inedible. Fruits are absent, Vegetables were poisoned on the first day. Drinks are prepared by the hotel employee on their own - they throw bags into the container and take them out with their hands. Disgusting inedible stuff! Edible buns for about 30 minutes then harden and turn into crackers by the end of the meal.
On the third day after the usual rice and chicken, the whole company was poisoned!
The staff is lazy, deceiving and without permission in the absence of a guest roam the rooms. Drinking water had to be obtained and begged for. The tap water stinks of chlorine and old pipes.
It is not possible to sign up for the a la carte restaurant. Transfer the record to days when they are weekends. They deceive in the eye. Even if it came with a scandal, the food is the same as in the dining room.
In general, the hotel resembles an ancient abandoned pioneer camp.
We traveled half the world, but did not fall into such conditions. It's far from 4*. Poor 2* at the most.
The only thing that humbles is the luxurious sea.
2. In the dining room, people fight over dishes, food is laid as if stolen, fruits are oranges, and those are given no more than 4 slices per person, 2 types of cakes. They won’t even give you a bag of tea, but they brew these bags in a dirty thermos, and in order to have a bag of Nescafe brewed in the lobby, you need to write the room number, sign it, this is wildness. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, it stinks of solarium from boats. Animation at the bottom, as well as the hotel. Do not even look in the direction of this bedbug, there is even a lot of 1 star here.
Artificially created queues by short-lived management, which should have either put a transparent screen in front of the meal or put food on the street or let people eat without both, because there are crowds in the queue, but for some reason the crown, according to them, is only near the food.
Terribly not well-groomed area near the pool, very poor internet and only in the lobby. Animation norms. Of the good - it's a beach and we got a good room, although we wanted a bungalow but we were not asked.
