Normal hotel, good for the elderly and families with small children. Clean, quiet, excellent breakfast. We had half board, in vain, it is better to dine in the city. At dinner in the restaurant SEATED: i. e. you enter, there is a "manager" who asks how many of us and points to a table. I didn’t want to sit on the aisle, but I had to, it was uncomfortable.

At dinner in the restaurant SEATED: i. e. you enter, there is a "manager" who asks how many of us and points to a table. I didn’t want to sit on the aisle, but I had to, it was uncomfortable. There was no wifi in the room, we sat downstairs. We were not alone : o)) There are scales for luggage (1 or 2 euros for one weighing).
We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the sea - a mistake, the sea is cold (end of August! ), not transparent, a lot of algae, the beach is unkempt, sun loungers, umbrellas are old. They cost like everywhere else - 2.5 euros per unit, together 7.5 euros per day. There is an excellent path along the sea in both directions, it goes very far, you can ride a bicycle along it, but in Aloe bicycles are expensive and without locks, so it’s better to take them in the city.
The hotel has excellent pools, good sunbeds (although they had to be borrowed early), cleaning, friendliness of the staff - everything is fine. There is a free ironing board, a small fitness room, paid sauna. The air conditioner in the room worked great.
Waiters strained, persistently inviting to evening events (Cypriot evening, magicians, etc. ). I understand they are obligated, but I didn't like it. Hanging in the elevator poster and that's enough. The anti-feminine uniform of the waitresses also surprised me.
There were a lot of elderly overweight people in the hotel.
There are no maps of the surroundings in the hotel, but there are many places in the city where you can take. Information on transport, buses and timetables is also not available. Those. hotel - as if closed on itself.
Around: bus 1.5 euro trip. Day pass 5 euros throughout the Paphos area. Tickets are sold by the driver upon boarding. At the bus station "Karavella" Russian-speaking workers advise, give a schedule in Russian. For 5 euros you can get to Aphrodite's bath (on Akamas) with transfers, to Polis, to Aphrodite's rock (without transfers for 1.5 euros, 40 minutes), to Coral Bay (it's better to go there, and don't go to the nearest beach at all). In the port near the medieval fort there is a stage where in the first days of September there are opera performances, sometimes concerts.
Movies are sometimes shown on the beach in the evening. sunbeds are unfolded on the house, where shower-toilets install a huge screen.
Excursions, with a hotel guide, of course, are the most expensive, there are plenty of places nearby with the same offers at a more friendly price. Walking around the city, we came across very pleasant prices, such as 19 euros for a trip to Kykkos with stops somewhere else. On the beach and at the hotel you can find a driver with a car, Nikolai, who once moved from Georgia, with good Russian, he takes four people in a car, drives around the island, it was 140 euros (35 per person).

Hello! I was with my son in August... we went for 11 days! I read the reviews and didn’t want to go at all! Upon arrival, my opinion changed! We settled quickly, the room was good, they were cleaned every day! All the staff speaks Russian, there were no problems! I read on some website that you can’t smoke in the hotel.

There was a choice in the dining room, there were no queues... There really were no fruits... It’s not far from the embankment, to the sea too! In the evenings, singers performed in the bar . . there were karaoke and contests! Karaoke was led by a very talented boy, with competitions for the Russian contingent too. . it was a lot of fun! Excursions can be picked up. . we took the "Unique Journey to the East" very much! ! ! Even in August!! !

I recommend this hotel! the food is excellent, although to try the local delicacies it is better to take not a full board. cleaned regularly and without comment. yes, the hotel is not new, but everything is practical, and even at 12 at night they fixed the handle on the balcony for us in 2 minutes. of course I had to fight for the best view from the window, but there were no bloodshed.

People! don't believe that. that Cyprus is good and beautiful. Hotel Aloe 4 stars Service is very poor. Food is judgmental and monotonous. There are only two names of fruits: melon and watermelon. There is no animation at all! Rescued walks in Paphos. The city is good! But the beach is terrible. There, the beaches belong to the city, and the result is dirt and confusion.

You have to pay for everything: for umbrellas. for deck chairs. The sand is dirty and black (of volcanic origin, apparently). The prices are huge. The quality doesn't match the price! ! Ayanapa is a great resort, but the issue price is about 100.000! ! for that kind of money you don’t have to go to Cyprus. Excursions are uninteresting, It’s easier to rent a car and drive yourself. So cheaper. For us, this trip is a disappointment! I liked it more in Turkey!

Liked the hotel! Good location, delicious food, decent beach across the road, beautiful view from the room. In the evening it is convenient to walk around Paphos. If the balcony door is closed, you can't hear the road. We rented a car and traveled all over the island. The beach in Ayanape is better than Coralbay.
