We chose according to reviews, the check-in went terribly - we waited 3 hours, after which we found the room was not in the best condition. Liked - great location of the hotel, great design. Disliked:
1. Service;
2. No cleaning in the rooms;
3. Rooms, as for a one-year-old 5 ***** hotel, run down and unfinished;
4. The staff somehow answers the comments, but does not react;
5. The flowers on the terrace are dried up, the condition does not correspond to the advertising picture at all;
6. Partitions, even symbolic, between the rooms "Sea View" there is no privacy either;
7. Mold in the shower on the ceiling;
8. Jacuzzi does not have a connection for draining and refilling of water, seems for me that water is the same for all guests, chlorine is added "by eye";
9. The handle on the front doors was fixed after a week of our stay;
10. They washed the refrigerator themselves because of the disgusting smell.

Great hotel, the view from the room to the sea is simply breathtaking! Meals were taken breakfast - dinner, serving as in expensive restaurants, everything is very tasty. The restaurant provides masks and gloves. Own beach, umbrellas, sun loungers, towels - free of charge (this is rare for Montenegro)! The staff does not speak Russian, but speaks excellent English, we were comfortable.

Great hotel, the view from the room to the sea is simply breathtaking! Meals were taken breakfast - dinner, serving as in expensive restaurants, everything is very tasty. The restaurant provides masks and gloves. Own beach, umbrellas, sun loungers, towels - free of charge (this is rare for Montenegro)! The staff does not speak Russian, but speaks excellent English, we were comfortable. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, everything you need can always be bought, prices are the same as in Kotor. The bus stops at the entrance to the hotel, very convenient for those without a car. In general, there are no complaints, everything for relaxation is provided. I recommend.

2. When filling the hotel with more than 50% of Russian-speaking tourists, there is no accompanying information for them either in the rooms or at the reception desk, the reception staff, in the hotel restaurants do not speak Russian either.
3. About food: the food consists of a very poor choice (two sets to choose from), the portions in these sets are very small, the food is tasteless.
4. Waiter service - you can’t think of anything worse (at least I haven’t seen this in any hotel). You have to wait half an hour for each dish, despite the fact that the restaurant is not full. In the proposed sets, the waiters confuse the dishes, the visitor is brought something that he did not order (as they brought me some sugary puree from another set instead of a fruit salad).
5. Upon check-in, two sets of electronic keys are issued, but the staff does not tell you which keys are intended for what.
6. There is a safe in the room, but there is no information at all about how it works.
7. The hotel has a SPA area, but no one at the reception at check-in says how to get there, does not describe the range and cost of its services.
8. When HB is on, all drinks for dinner are paid. The funny thing is, there is no price list for these drinks, you do not understand what you can choose.
9. You have to wait a very long time for a waiter in a restaurant. This is despite the fact that there are a sufficient number of them, but they prefer to chat among themselves than to serve customers.
I do not advise anyone to visit this hotel, in no other country in the world have I seen more from the ice cream attitude of the staff towards their tourists.
