From the pros:
1. I liked it very much that when we arrived early, we first put on bracelets and sent them to breakfast. And after breakfast, around 11 am immediately settled. Didn't even expect it.
2. Good territory, pools, slides.
3. Overall a good selection of food. I'm sure everyone will find something to their liking. In Italian Ala Carte SPAGO - mega delicious!
4. In the main restaurant, the staff tried to reduce the queues. If there were a lot of people, for example, for an omelette at breakfast, they quickly opened a second distribution point.
5. Excellent coral, sea, fish, sea excursions.
6. In general, normal service for a hotel of this level.
Of the minuses:
1. Surprisingly dead for a 2017 hotel. Everywhere something is broken: plumbing or door lock or toilet paper holder, or cracked tiles. Especially in public toilets. Furniture, damaged walls. And this is observed in different rooms and in public places. Although the room was cleaned + - normal.
2. Some staff do not speak any language other than Arabic.
3. The spa is very dirty. There is a lot of garbage in all corners - papers, tea bags, sugar. Jacuzzi with cold water... In general, I do not recommend the SPA at all. Numerous sellers of spa services that walk around the territory need to do some cleaning and minor repairs of the spa center.
4. Wi-Fi coverage is available almost throughout the entire territory, but the connection speed only allows you to exchange text messages in instant messengers. Better speed at night.
Two more separate remarks.
Preparations for the new year: on the first of December 30 until 11 p. m. there was very loud music. It was impossible to rest in the rooms. Looks like they checked the acoustics. On December 31st, the main restaurant was closed for lunch, and all the guests were sent to eat on the beach, where nothing was ready for this. Huge lines and very little food. It was some kind of horror. The new year itself +/- but as for me it is not worth the money that is asked for it.
And finally, I want to say hello to Anex-tour and its excursions to Luxor. Representatives of Anex, when selling, evasively answered the question of how long the trip was: 280 kilometers to Luxor. To clarifying question: 3-4 hours? They said - well, somewhere yes. And they said with absolute certainty that you would be back before dinner. So: a trip in an uncomfortable bus for more than 7 hours one way. The bus drove some detours almost through Hurghada. Inexplicably. We left at 3 am and returned by midnight. Terribly tiring. It spoiled the whole experience of the trip.
The attitude of the staff - yes, they don't give a damn about you!
Meals (this is purely our opinion) between 2 and 3, the wife, who does not eat eggs at all at home, had eggs for breakfast, what else can I say. Seafood once a week and I personally do not advise them to eat so as not to be upset - not very tasty.
It is disgusting to take glasses near the pools and on the beach! - they are ALL beaten, bitten, worn and cracked, they are generally not clear whether they are dirty or not! By the way, in the main restaurant, too, plates, cups and glasses that were beaten, but at least clean, slipped more than once.
For the new year (we were from 12/28/21 to 01/04/22) a complete divorce !! ! When we took the tour, we paid almost $ 150 per person for a New Year's dinner, which I would not call New Year's Eve - the food was really almost everything that is on ordinary days, and most importantly, you also take everything yourself! In order to put their bottle of champagne on the table, they demanded 50 bucks in the first days, and then went down to 15)))), prices for vodka were generally beaten !! ! Buy from them - the price of champagne is 50 bucks, vodka absolute is 250 bucks!! ! The adequacy and correctness of this judge for yourself. I personally think that for 150 bucks that they took a person, well, at least they should have put a normal bottle of champagne and wine, and it’s just normal to serve dishes to the table, and not run around! There was no show program as such, there was music and all the same animators (average, what they showed any of you can do and dance without preparation) and the performance of the staff (who needs it at all), that's the whole new year.
My wife and I were put in a room with two beds (by the way, they are all on wheels without exception! ) and for 3 whole days we tried to be moved to a room with one large bed !! ! There are no bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste and brushes in the rooms, and you just need to catch shampoo and gel and beg from the attendants (because at the reception it’s all the same to you, they don’t react and don’t fix anything), otherwise they won’t give anything, the rooms are dirty !! ! - the tables seem to be covered in fuel oil (and we are not alone in this)! plumbing is the most budget - falling apart in the hands! And in general, everything falls apart and falls apart in the rooms, and upon departure, as we were told, if you do not film all the defects on the camera upon arrival, then you may be charged money for their repair !! ! This is total nonsense!! ! The repair is very mediocre, everywhere there are chips, scuffs and paint residues, etc.
I’ll make a reservation right away for those who were going to go with children, we were moved to a family room... I would not tolerate my children sleeping, relatively speaking, in the corridor at the entrance, so demand, if you still decide to go here, that they show you right away room!
Lost a bracelet (standard elastic) - 25 bucks, lost a towel (or as we were told they themselves can not give you one towel when changing them) - 50 bucks, lost a magnetic card from the door (real price 3 UAH) - 50 bucks! Personnel. These are the ones that really disappointed me. They all worked well and helped quickly. However, in the last 2 days of my stay, the waiter Mikhael did not allow me to pass, who insistently offered to meet. Arguments that I am married and dozens of times did not work very well.
Sea. Clean, exit from the shore or pontoon. There are two exits on the pontoon, somewhere in the middle and near its end. Lots of fish, all good. One day when I was there was a red flag.
So I am very happy with the hotel.

I liked the hotel, new and pleasant, the territory is large and beautiful, on the first day I met a wonderful receptionist Amr Badran, who immediately put on bracelets, sent for dinner and very quickly settled in good rooms in the building at the reception. We were nearby to eat, we needed to walk to the sea, but we didn’t worry because we went there in the evening to change clothes for dinner. Immediately I emphasize that the staff liked the whole hotel, everyone is smiling and pleasant, just smile first and they will give you warmth.
The room is clean, everything is relatively new, minor flaws did not interfere. There are no mosquitoes and did not have to use a fumigator.
The food at the hotel is good and varied, there are queues almost everywhere, but it's usually fast. The choice of meat is good, the fish is also daily, there were enough fruits, vegetables and greens, sweets are also super.

The reef is good. What is unusual is that turtles and dugong live quietly in the vicinity of the hotel, but we could only see them by boat. Within walking distance (we walked for about an hour) Abu Dabab turtle bay, there is a local population, but it is very small and it does not bother, food is normal, animators and activities are not annoying, there is big chess, a tennis table in a place closed from the wind and billiards , the staff is polite, the waiters are selective to whom one piece, and to whom the whole plate, be prepared for the fact that the bars can close 30 minutes earlier than the set time, for our entire experience of staying in hotels in Egypt, for the first time, we can note the work of hospitality as 10 out of 10.
