After 15 minutes, the guy from the reception already speaks to me in Russian (that is, he heard when I spoke to my husband in Russian that I was very tired) and says the room is ready, but without decorations, wait? I already became interested, and I say ok. Another 20 minutes pass, the room is not ready, my husband and I are very tired and upset, it’s already dark, we missed most of the walks, museums, we decided to go drink aperol, since the time is only from 18-19. And it turned out to be not close, we were taken very far on a square. There is also dinner from 18-21. We drank aperol, had dinner (the time between serving food is from 10-30 minutes, you can eat only part of the dish, the rest is not at all tasty. For example, rubber white cabbage in hot pepper. Icy! Not a lot of cabbage nearby. They explained to me that this is a salad, because it is cold, but at the same time it was lumpy and icy! ) Then we are asked to give our room number, to check the payment for dinner, but we were not given it, and we wait another 15 minutes for them to make sure that we are not robbers. Yes, we were told so.
Further, in order to return to the hotel, you need to call a car at the reception in this hotel, stand in line for 15 minutes and wait another 20 minutes, when the car arrived, other people got into it and it immediately leaves, no one is waiting for anyone, we managed to sit down.
We returned, the room is ready, with all the expectations I was very upset. Our time was paid from 15.00. Our plans for the evening were completely disrupted, the museums were closed. The guy who spoke Russian, he was there 1, already offered us to extend the check-out time and now we agreed to it, agreed with the nannies. But he didn’t really want to, but extended it to 17. He said that an engineer was working on the scenery in the room, in the room we saw 2 swans and a heart made of towels, horror if we knew that these were scenery.
They also gave us a cake for our anniversary. We were reminded of this, but did not receive.
At 20.40 we checked in and were just happy about it. The room is beautiful. We took a walk, returned to the reception, found out the time of breakfast, for the promised cake. Have returned. We found that the slippers were not put, that there was no men's bathrobe. And that there are socks from the previous visitor in the bedside table !!! ! How!!!

When we explained our disappointment with the service, our holiday, the story about socks, we heard, just sorry. Your payment is ok. And that's it. Everyone absolutely doesn't care. Our friends are shocked by our story, they often stay at other Hilton hotels, we wanted to come back in a month with our parents and friends. But after this! Not a foot!! ! That's horrible!
