And the buffet is not the redneck version (you can take as many eggs as you want, but something better - one per person). The distance to the ski lifts is 7 minutes by transfer (which left in the morning at 09:00 and back at 17:30). Very polite and attentive staff and a really cool evening rest with a guitar. A big plus is that the hotel is so warm that sometimes you even had to open the balcony to make it cooler (however, we were later explained that it was only necessary to tighten the thermostats on the radiators). Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about at this price.

We rest in Bukovel quite often and have already visited a lot of hotels here. On the plus side: warm and most importantly quiet in the room, high-quality mattresses and bed linen, good plumbing, hair dryer, there is a safe, there was a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor + there were cups and glasses in the room, a fast elevator, an interesting evening program (one evening there was a performance by a cymbalist, another - they sang with a guitar and piano), I especially want to note the delicious cuisine, including delicious breakfasts.

The only thing that we were warned is that there is no 3-time transfer to the ski lift already, but they will carry 1 time at 09.00 in the morning and once in the evening at 17.30, because. few people come. The first transfer in the morning was problematic, as a group of tourists from Belarus arrived and all the attention went to them, incl. and the requested transfer. I am not against the development of tourism, but rather even FOR. I am glad that Belarusians have already ceased to be afraid to go to Ukraine, but why should I be infringed on my rights as such a hotel guest. In the morning, a bus driver drove up and immediately told those waiting for the transfer that only Belarusians were being transported, and another bus would come for the rest. The administrator Svyatoslav tried to smooth the situation, but we lost more than half an hour waiting, and we had already paid for the ski passes earlier.
The next morning, everything was repeated: the bus arrived for the guests from Belarus at 8.30 and at 09.00, as they were promised, and we were promised so....they were already taken to ride, and we all expected another mythical bus, which accidentally lingered in the fabulous traffic jam (later it did not appear). I had to remind about myself and the promised transfer several times, and you are already dressed and, most importantly, shod in ski boots that are comfortable for walking, you climb the slippery stairs to the administrator Svyatoslav, who is smiling and hoping for a miracle. And a miracle happened, it turned out to put us up to a taxi driver who had stopped by for other guests. Again, time was lost on the ride, for which you paid in advance. It seems that 15-20-30 minutes of waiting is nonsense, but the overall impression of this hotel deteriorates for the worse.

The room is clean, everything is new. They clean up well. Breakfast in the morning is modest, but everything was delicious.
There is a menu, you can make an order, but not always everything is there: either it’s already over, or it’s not ready yet.
I don't want to go back there for the second time.
Let the administrator warn in advance - even before payment, of all changes.

Do not stand ready to ride for an hour, let's go by taxi. And so the whole holiday went on, there by taxi, back by transfer. So at least 4 people are traveling with you, then there should be no problems with this.
Restaurant. There is no menu at all, only what the waiter calls from memory, you can order, there are no prices. The staff in the restaurant (and the kitchen is open) behave provocatively, sing songs, shout something, joke loudly. The food is delicious, by the way. Bograch - 100 UAH, mushroom soup - 75 UAH.
And the highlight of the program: having driven all day, we came home in the hope of eating and washing. They could only eat mushroom soup, as the light was gone and everything was running on a generator. Ok, we eat soup, the light disappears again, then appears, as a result, after waiting a little more than usual, we took the entire order and fed. When we got to our room, we found that there was no water. At all. I had to go to bed unwashed, because at first they promised to fix everything "in an hour", then after another 2 hours, then at midnight. In the morning the water did not appear, and we have a train. The administrator Svyatoslav entered the position and let him into the room on the first floor to wash himself, since there was water, although there was little pressure. We lived on the 5th floor, where the water is always summer, but not hot, it seems that the pump does not have enough "strength" to raise water to the top floor.
