Many thanks to the bartender Bogdan, from whom, unlike the administrators, we received answers to all our questions, whether they (questions) related to the daily routine in the hotel or excursions. Perhaps someone will say that a representative of our tour operator Koraltravel should have enlightened us, but unfortunately we never saw our Galina, who made appointments for us and other vacationers (we are autotourists in writing), for which she herself did not appear. But back to the hotel. Our room was on the 8th floor, so the first thing we encountered was stuffiness in the elevator and corridors. After a week of our stay at the hotel, the elevators also began to hang. . The administrators answered that the masters were called, but until the end of the holiday we did not see any positive results. Now about the room: in principle, not bad, but no frills - no sofa or armchair or table for you. True, there is a plastic table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the wardrobe is beautiful, but the cleaning is ugly. We understand that they clean this hotel without a tip or not? I have never seen such linen anywhere: the towels are old, and once they offered me a torn pillowcase. Not good, gentlemen. We almost never visited the room, and the sea, Salou, Spain itself are so good that we consider the vacation successful. We almost never visited the pool, although they are good: small, but clean, with a fountain and evening lighting, and again BUT. . . no one cares about security. I was swimming in the deep part (I didn’t reach the bottom), when a Chinese girl of about 8 years old grabbed my shoulder. I realized that she was drowning, began to get out with her, and she, as often happens, immobilized my hand with a fright. Doesn't understand Russian or English. I screamed, "Help! " A Russian guy and a girl are practically standing next to each other, as it turned out later, they are looking at us and refusing to believe in what is happening. I yell "Help! " and push the girl onto them. Our girlfriend picked it up, and the guy rushed to save me, thinking that I was drowning. Of course, parents should look after the children, but, comparing with Bulgaria, they should note the complete inaction of the lifeguards, both at the pool (isn't this part of the animators' function? ) And on the beach. Well, now we got to the animation: it was great in the evening! Duets or groups of artists came to the hotel, with vocal, dance and circus shows. By the way, we had "all inclusive", and the included cocktails turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Now about the sea: silky, transparent, warm! The water is salty, so you can lie on the waves indefinitely, BUT. . A staircase of 112 steps leads to the sea. It is normal to climb in the evening, but during the day, in the heat, it is difficult. True, there are several sites where you can take a break, admire the gorgeous landscape, but the hotel is positioned as located in the first line. ?? ? We remember our vacation with pleasure, we talk with a smile about the sea, Salou, palm trees, Barcelona, Montserrat, seafood, desserts, an abundance of fruits and vegetables at all meals, about the kindness of waiters and bartenders, but another time we will still look for a hotel another.

The room was very nice, there was a TV. a comfortable bed, all the furniture is not particularly new, but very comfortable, there was also air conditioning, a bathroom, a hairdryer, bath accessories, etc. In this hotel you can eat very tasty, there is always a large assortment of dishes. Everyone eats and all in large volumes. No one is singled out by nationality. Everyone is equal, it's great! And the requirements are the same for everyone. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need free wi-fi, it's best to go to the "At the Pirate" cafe to the left of the stairs to the beach. You can also eat well there. The beach is not far from the hotel... Large debris is removed, generally clean. In general, it's great to relax here!

I was pleased with the excursions, I especially liked the 2-day trip to Madrid from the Prado. The cost is only 149 euros with an excursion and accommodation in a 4 * hotel in Madrid. I highly recommend it.

Firstly, when we just arrived, we were settled in a room on the minus second floor (although we discussed this moment with the company and we were traveling as newlyweds, so they should have met us accordingly, but this didn’t happen), it was a terrible room where it stank of chlorine, and you couldn’t even open the curtains, because the window overlooked the pool and you could see us very well from there, it felt like we were in some kind of bunker, you know, the first impression was strong spoiled. Of course, we were outraged and went to sort it out, but of course there were no free rooms, because in July and August the most crowded hotels. In order to overpower us, it took us three days, only on the 4th day they moved us, though they moved us to a triple room. Secondly, we took two meals a day (breakfasts and dinners) and really wished about it. . . breakfasts were even more or less edible, but for dinner, there were few edibles. . . we tried to go several times, but then we just realized that it was useless and began to eat in cafes, there are a lot of them! Thirdly, the hotel reception is far from nice girls who are ready to respond to any request, there were both Russians and Spaniards, that those that those are there as if for beauty. Sometimes we even simply did not want to contact them for any questions. Moreover, we were not the only ones who had such an opinion, we have seen situations more than once when people cursed, shouted at the hotel reception. I can't say anything bad about the cleaning of the hotel, the rooms are quite clean, they clean the room every day. In general, my advice, unless, of course, someone needs it, it’s better to choose another hotel, this hotel is an ordinary three, there’s no question of any four. If we talk about the territorial principle in relation to the sea, then the location of the hotel is good, which is probably why it wins. The sea is a few minutes walk, you literally need to cross the road. This hotel was highly recommended to us by the company, although we could easily afford five stars, but we decided to listen to the company's employees. . . reviews on the Internet were also not very pleasant, but we decided that it was all garbage and decided that the company should not advise bad things (we are frequent customers there). I highly advise you to take the tour "The World of Salvador Dali", we were wildly delighted with this tour, there are so many interesting and instructive things in it , you will visit the Dali Museum, and in the house of Gala and Dali in Publa, in general, you will get a lot of emotions !! ! Port Aventura is just another story!
