The hotel-WI-FI in public areas is free and sooo slow. The staff is friendly.
There is no housekeeping in the room. The room is big. We were on the 5th floor (511), standard, with a terrace. Terrace under the canopy. Many without it, tk. last floor. The room has a large wardrobe, two single beds, moved together (instead of a double bed), two bedside tables, lamps, a desk, a chair, a coffee table. We've also been given an extra. place for a child. This is a folding bed, but very comfortable and large, despite the name. The room was overlooking the hills of PortAventura. Wonderful. In general, I recommend rooms overlooking the street. There are no buildings in front of the hotel, so the view from the window is beautiful. On the terrace there is a table and 3 chairs. This pleased, because. it was great to sit and drink sangria and enjoy the nature. The hotel Sangria is expensive and tasteless! I also want to note that there are no slippers in the room. The bathroom has a bathtub with a glass curtain, a washbasin with an artificial stone countertop, a set of cosmetics (updated daily and no need to ask), a mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet bowl and trouble. Towels and bed linen are clean, without holes or scuffs. Tiled floors throughout the room. A stained-glass window separates the room and the terrace.
Diverse food, a lot of fruits, meat, refrigerators with yogurt, vegetables, varied bread. Breakfasts are the same. Once they served quails... I do not advise anyone to eat them. Raising half of the carcass, I see the intestines, hanging right raw. Quarreled with the administrator. Some American women joined me. . . This spoiled the opinion about the dining room. . .
Beach-municipal, as everywhere. Clean. Umbrellas, sunbeds for a fee. On weekends, the beach is not overcrowded. The road to the beach is not annoying. There are shops along the way to the beach. In short, the road to the beach did not bother.
For children, animation from Natalie Tours. I saw that they were taking care of children. But we did not use this service, because. did not get bored. I also liked the fact that every evening there was some kind of action: they sing, then they dance... varied and interesting!
Were on excursions: panoramic Barcelona, zoo, aquarium, Tarragona, Reus and, of course, Port Aventura. Excursions bought in BUS PLANA. Their office is on Europe Square, on the way to the beach. Here excursions are much cheaper (about 30 euros / person) than from the operator. I really liked Catalonia. We dream of going back there.
