When settling in, we were lucky: a room was offered in a new building and settled immediately upon arrival. Every day admired the girls at the reception and at the entrance to the restaurant-dining room: professionals, there are Russian speakers, with a sense of humor. I read negative reviews about housekeeping, fortunately this was not the case. Cleaning was daily, towels changed daily. WiFi in the room worked well. The room had a bar fridge and air conditioning.
The food is excellent, better than 3 stars: daily variety, a large selection of meat dishes, fruits, salads, wonderful desserts, yoghurts. Unfortunately, during dinner, all drinks, including water, are only for a separate payment. It would be nice if the room had a minimum set of dishes. The travel agency "Anex-Tour" worked well for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. We plan to come to Salou again in 2020, in the same hotel.
We felt at home in the city and in the hotel.

We go here for the second time, so we give all 10 points. We were in 2018, we are satisfied with the price-quality, location, the location of the beaches in the vicinity, near the main street, food, animation. Compared to other hotels the price is good. We took a full board without drinks, there were several options for the first, a lot of seafood, an abundance of fruits, pure shrimp, red fish.

Blue flag beaches, it makes sense to walk. We know that they have an old building, where the reception is and a new one. They promised that they would make repairs in the old building and modernize the rooms.

Rested with my husband at the end of September with Anex Tour. The weather was warm, the sea temperature was 24-25 degrees. I'll write about the hotel: we arrived at the hotel at 00 o'clock, very tired, settled us in room 003 - this is on the 1st floor, without a balcony. Upon arrival, we had a late dinner in the restaurant, thank you.

I'll write about the hotel: we arrived at the hotel at 00 o'clock, very tired, settled us in room 003 - this is on the 1st floor, without a balcony. Upon arrival, we had a late dinner in the restaurant, thank you. In the morning we went to the reception, at no extra charge, we were changed to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Very, very noisy. Animation works until 23-30 o'clock, if you get up early for an excursion (we went to Nice), then you will not have to sleep - that's for sure. It is better to take a room with a view of the road if you want silence. The hotel has good animation, you will not be bored.
The location of the hotel is good, the bus stop is nearby if you exit the hotel and turn right. Heading to the beach, you can skimp at the shops.
Beach. The nearest beach (all beaches are free) is to leave the hotel, turn left, left again and do not turn anywhere. Sunbeds are paid, so they didn’t take them, they sunbathed on a bedspread (brought with them).
Nutrition. We took breakfast and dinner and were full. The food is very tasty. Respect to the chefs!
The hotel has a guide Eugene from Anex Tour, who will present excursions of your choice. Quickly resolves all issues, thanks to him for the trip to football, we enjoyed it very much.
If I manage to come to Spain, I will return to this hotel again. Thanks to the hotel management for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful hotel! Food at the highest level. The location is not far from the sea, 10 minutes walk. But my 4-year-old child and I walked in 15 minutes. It is located not far from the most beautiful bay, it takes 5 minutes to go to the main beach from the bay along the promenade. Wonderful modern rooms. Responsive, pleasant staff, always ready to help.

Trip-August 14.2017-August 22.2017.
They flew from Moscow with Azur Air. We flew normally, Boeing. The hotel is located in Catalonia, in the town of Salou. In fact, it's probably not even a city. And apparently a former fishing village. All buildings are either hotels or apartments in general, all houses in the village (or town) are modern. Checked in without problems, Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Room 230 on the 2nd floor of the window to the street (not the courtyard). The room is small-bed. chair, table with mirror, built-in wardrobe. TV in the room. as it turned out later, 6 Russian programs (53.55, 56... ). Refrigerator for a fee (6 euros per day and a queue for it, as the guide said). The hotel consists of two L-shaped buildings of 5-6 floors. Elevator. Inside the yard, 2 adult pools and 2 children's. I really didn't like the pools. Firstly, for such 2 buildings, these are too small pools,
and they also have a strange mode of operation - at 7 pm they are fenced with a cloth mesh and in the morning they open (remove the mesh) only at 10-00. And since there are many foreigners in the hotel who are very fond of swimming pools, if you come a little later than the moment of opening, then you will have to sit on a high chair at best - everything is busy. The next day, upon arrival, we were met by the Hotel Guide-Eduard, as usual, excursions, questions about the hotel. The guide is normal, is at the hotel almost from 9-00 to 17-00 with breaks. Answers questions, solves problems (we had no problems).
Food-Food is excellent-no complaints. Well, if only I noticed when they start washing dishes during a meal, then the plates are not always washed clean (just like in an advertisement about dishwashing detergent in a washing machine). In the morning - champagne (optional), no haste and crush, everything always lies, if not, they immediately bring it or cook it. Constantly fruits - watermelons, melons, peaches, nectarines,
plums (yellow and blue), apples and pears of course. In general, variety. Yogurts and more. Meat - mostly normally cooked, several types. True, I drew attention to the fact that pork is sometimes very tough, either the cook is in a hurry, or it just doesn’t fry, perhaps pork is rarely cooked in Spain. French fries, rice (regular and with seafood), pasta. About drinks. Well, since drinks are only paid for lunch and dinner, you can either buy them right there at the counter for 1.5 euros (drinking water), or just pour water in the room and bring a bottle of water with you. We used to buy a 5 liter container in the market (0.8-0.95 euros) and simply put 0.5 from it into a bottle and take it with us for lunch or dinner (0.5 liter bottle in the hotel machine costs 1.5 euros ). Ice cream all the time. In general, you will not die of hunger, as they say. Excellent, kudos to the kitchen. After eating, your table-paper tablecloth is immediately cleaned and the dishes are taken away,
new appliances are installed.
Now about whether you can take something from the table with you? Lie down on the beach. nibble on a peach. taken in the dining room, or something. Well, according to the rules of the hotel of course it is impossible. BUT, if you don’t take out food in impudent plates, but simply quietly put a couple of peaches in your purse, for example, no one will tell you anything. Of course, it is desirable to do this discreetly, so that the employees of the canteen do not see. Moreover, according to my observations, everyone does this, and our compatriots, and the Germans, and the French and Spaniards, who come to the sea for the weekend. This is not considered shameful. Just. As they say, you need to know the measure and do it carefully.
And yet, basically we noticed that the people who live in the hotel take as much as they eat (mostly). Not like in Turkey, our tourists collect a full table, eat 1/3 and leave the rest on the tables bitten. True, there is a fly in the ointment in this barrel of honey.
I made sure that our tourists (mostly) behave normally in the dining room, which cannot be said about gentlemen foreigners, especially blacks (apparently from France). Here after them there is a lot of dirt on the tables and under them. Comments are superfluous. Very noisy Germans clamor, wave their hands. This is what I didn't like.
Surroundings-The hotel is located, as it were, on the outskirts of the town. Not far from it - as I called it - the Promenade, the main street along which we walked on, then to the right) You can turn at the first intersection, walk to Spara, and then go to the Promenade, you can turn onto the Promenade (the second intersection. then to the right). The beach is very large - several kilometers. The sea is not deep. Basically, people either lie on the sand, using mats that can be bought at any store, as well as portable (let's call them that) sun loungers of various types. You can also rent a sunbed, you can for a day. You can, as they said, even by the hour. Sunbed under a canopy - 10 euros - one, 15 euros for two,
sunbed + umbrella - 5 + 5 euros. Also not far from the hotel there are two more small beaches.
There are two small parks nearby - one for children with a couple of attractions, the other is just a small (very small) park for walking. Just as close. how to go to the central beach there is a municipal park, several attractions, a fountain.
Excursions - since we were only 8 days, we took 2 excursions: 1-Barcelona Gaudi premium + fountains - 110 euros (per person). since we were in Barcelona on the day of the attack (the bus left that place about 10 minutes before the attack), the tour came out blurry. the police removed us from the park and we didn’t get to the fountains at all. and even returned 4 hours to the hotel. ,
to the Sagrada Familia, there is an excursion, then we went to Park Gü ell (with a visit to its paid, closed part), but from the park, as I said, the police squeezed us out unobtrusively, and this ended our excursion.
2-Monserrat. The 2nd excursion was to the Benedictine monastery famous for its black Madonna. What were we promised? Visiting the monastery, the famous statue of the Black Madonna, Tasting local liqueurs and buying them if desired. Degustation of cheeses and jamon, If desired, lift by funicular to the observation deck (paid when buying an excursion or on the spot. ).
What really. The tour guide, which took us around the monastery, first explained to us at machine-gun speed for 30-40 minutes what is where, what and how we should do, where to go and where not to go. I will not retell the whole tour-in general, tasting-shop,
come in, the lady seller pours 4 liquors in turn into a small plastic cup, try it. All. Cheese is a row of cheese merchants. you just walk through it and try (if you wish and buy if you like it) the cheese is all. Funicular. The station itself is a small room, there is a queue. They sell tickets and immediately launch the funicular, which runs for 12 minutes. It is not necessary to stand in a general queue if you have a ticket (we ourselves found this out by experience). All. We really liked the hotel. like Spain itself. Of course next time I want to go somewhere else.

The hotel has a convenient location from the sea, shops, center, station. Comfortable rooms, well cleaned. The buffet food is varied and delicious. We took breakfasts and dinners, this was quite enough, a lot of different fruits and pastries. Every evening animation. The staff is attentive and friendly. Of the shortcomings, it is worth noting the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

Turned out to be noisy due to nightly cheap shows until 11:30pm onwards. People didn't immediately go to sleep. The rooms are too small, shabby and dirty. The floor is just tiles. This is a cap. But the truth is fed not bad and twice a day. In short, three stars does not pull.

I stayed at this hotel from 09/22/13 to 09/30/13. This is not the first time in European hotels, so there is something to compare with. The hotel is a good trio. Lived in the first building on the 4th floor, a room for one was provided with a standard "single" place was enough. Cleaned daily, towels changed regularly.

Lived in the first building on the 4th floor, a room for one was provided with a standard "single" place was enough. Cleaned daily, towels changed regularly. In addition to soap, there is nothing else in the bathroom. If the towel gets dirty, throw it on the floor and it will be replaced immediately.
Safe is paid + you still need to immediately leave a deposit of 50 euros, a hair dryer will also be given after making a deposit. Svetlana works at the reception, she is the only one who speaks Russian. You can also ask her for maps to all the towns located nearby. Breakfasts are standard "European", champagne in the mornings. Lunches and dinners are varied. No need to compare food in European hotels with hotels in Turkey and Egypt, especially do not forget this 3-ka. But everything is delicious. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fish, I tried it several times not fried, not boiled. Fruits, ice cream, pastries. Excellent soups (once there was BORSCH!!!! ))))) . Drinks for lunch and dinner are paid, I was surprised by the price of a glass of sangria 2.60 ! ! If you have an excursion and you do not have time for breakfast, you can take a "picnic" ordered at the reception. If you don't have time for dinner, you can change it for lunch any day.
There are no complaints about the territory, the presence of sun loungers by the pool (although I myself didn’t lie there, I saw free ones), there are 3 bars in the hotel, everything is on the level. I didn’t go to the animation myself, but many spoke well of it.
It's about 5-7 minutes to the beach, but uphill, and then down the stairs to the sea itself. This is the closest beach and there were fewer people on it, on the other 2 go a little further. Once I went to those two beaches a lot of people, I didn’t go there anymore.
The town itself is very pleasant, an excellent promenade running along the sea, a large number of fountains, one of them is a musical miniature copy of the fountain in Barcelona (during the off season, the show is only Friday, Saturday, Sunday, from 21 to 21.20)
Shopping........ in my opinion is absent, both in Salou itself and in Tarragona and Reus, although there is still an opportunity to please yourself with something))))
The prices for excursions from the tour operator are not justified, as usual, they are too high. For this reason, I went on excursions from Plana, excursions are conducted by guides who speak Russian well (many are just Russian). The buses are all comfortable, everyone has the same program, it makes no sense to overpay.
Card for trips T-10 (for 10 trips), but in offices (not in booths) you can also ask for a card for 2.3 and t trips. It costs 14.5 for 10, it can be replenished and it is not necessary to buy several, you can pay one for several people. The card is not thrown away, but handed over and received 3.5 back. Paying in cash is not profitable (travel to Taragona in cash -2.8, by card -1.4)
The sea is shallow, so that it is up to the neck with a height of 1.60 from the shore, you need to move 50-70 meters away. The water was wonderful 25-26 degrees, in recent days there was not much excitement, which only added positive to swimming.
For calls to Russia, I bought a Libar SIM card for 7 euros, I talked to the house for 40 minutes.
Have a good rest everyone

Hello. Rested in this hotel in the period from 12.07 to 02.08. I'll start, perhaps, in general about the hotel. The hotel is good, justifies its three stars. The staff is very welcoming, friendly. But there are some difficulties with the Russian language at the reception, since only two girls speak Russian: one is Russian, the other is Spanish, who knows Russian. But the hotel has an excellent guide Andrey from Tez Tour twice a day. I myself traveled from Coral, but since our guide was constantly not at the hotel, I turned to him for help. So ask him any questions. The hotel rooms are cleaned every day, but bed linen is changed every three days. But there is one unpleasant fact. It is very bad to sleep in this hotel, as the walls are thin, you can hear absolutely everything that the neighbors are doing, any noise and rustle is heard. In addition, this hotel has very loud animation, so if the windows of your room face the street, and not the pool, consider yourself lucky. So the first week I slept very badly. But if you are used to noise, then this will not bother you. There is Wi-Fi in the hotel. Password from him: Calypso2012. But during peak hours it is overloaded, and the Internet itself is very slow. The main contingent of the hotel is Russian, English and French. Of course, they are quite noisy, but well-mannered and friendly. Now a few words about nutrition. The food is good, not very varied, but tasty. But it is designed for foreigners. For example, for breakfast there are bacon and eggs, beans, potato fries, etc. Some dishes are spicy, so be careful. Every Thursday there are themed dinners where you can try dishes from different countries. When I was vacationing there, there was a dinner in the style of Venice, China and Mexico. By the way, shrimp and champagne are served free for dinner every Friday. Do not miss. If you are going to eat out, be aware that it is quite expensive. On average, dinner will cost you 15-20 € per person. There are a lot of cafes and there are for different tastes. A little about the beaches. It takes 15-20 minutes to go to the beach, and besides, first uphill, and then also down the stairs. So those who write that it takes 7-10 minutes to go to the beach, you are probably athletes. So at the end of the holiday I could barely get to the beach. There are two beaches. One is central, it takes 20-25 minutes to walk to it, and the other is the one I have already talked about. The beaches are good and clean. The entrance to the sea is convenient, so the children will have a good swim. Sun loungers, umbrellas for extra. fee. But there are many, many shops along the streets where you can buy the same umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. About stores. There are two bus stops near the hotel with links to Reus and Tarragona. Regarding these two cities, I advise you to go shopping better in Tarragona. There are two centers Parc Central and El Corte Ingles. In the first store, as a rule, local and few branded. In the second, on the contrary: there are all well-known brands. Prices are reasonable, not very expensive, but the quality is excellent. In addition, it is easier to get to Tarragona, and it is also easier to navigate, since these shops are nearby, and walking is not far. But in Reus, it seems to me, it is worth a trip just for the sake of the Gaudi Museum and just the architecture of the city. It's a long walk to the shops, the shops there are expensive. For example, for some non-branded dress they ask for 100-150 €, which does not justify the product itself. And there are shops scattered all over the streets. So the choice is yours. Salou has many shops. But they mainly sell souvenirs, football club uniforms and so on. If you buy something in shops on the street, bargain, as the price in such shops is not fixed and, as a rule, the owners of these shops are Indians and Turks. About entertainment. Pachito nightclub is next to the hotel. To be honest, the club is rustic, small and boring. I advise everyone to go to Pachu. Can be reached by bus. He goes after 11. The club is very cool, world-famous DJs perform there, so you should not miss this. I also advise you to go to Port Aventura. You will not regret. Buy tickets to Pacha and Aventura from guides. You don't overpay and you don't have to queue. I also advise you to go on an excursion to Nice, Monaco, Cannes. The tour is very interesting. I went with pleasure. It costs 225€ for Coral and 325€ for Tez tour. But it's worth the money. This, perhaps, is all I wanted to tell you. The guides will tell you the rest : ) Have a nice rest and a sea of joyful impressions!
