The food was "all inclusive", on arrival we were shown with a finger where we can take fresh juices and cola. Everything else is for money. When I asked why, we paid for "all inclusive", we were told: "you did not pay us anything, deal with your tour operator. " The kitchen is insanely unsanitary, everything stinks. In the morning we came, took cereal, poured milk, and realized that the milk was sour, when I called the waiter, he tried it, and said that the milk was normal. Not only in this hotel, on the whole island there is such an attitude, they look at you as if they don’t understand anything, as if you are some kind of strange person, and if something is wrong, they say that it should be so and everything is fine, i. e. make a fool out of you. Every day there was a la buffet, the food was monotonous, squids, lobsters were terrible, not tasty, not fresh. When we arrived we were put in a bungalow overlooking the ocean, we asked to be moved to houses on the beach itself, because we paid for it in advance, but the room was given the most terrible, the most killed, and the farthest. There was a half-broken mirror in the room, to a remark about it, we were told that this is how it should be, this is the flavor of our country. I paid for the tour and was shocked where I ended up. The first days were fine, the remaining days of the rest there was simply no water in the room. We rented a car, and through booking we rented rooms in other places in recent days. I can't rate the hotel, neither at 1, nor at 0, at -20! I knew where I was going, but I did not expect such horror.
