The hotel is located just 100 meters from the beach, on a busy resort promenade. The hotel was opened in 1967, the last renovation was carried out in 2015. The hotel consists of one 5-storey main building and a 6-storey annex. The interiors of the hotel are designed in the style of the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada. The hotel has the best disco nightclub in Santa Susanna. An excellent choice for active tourists and families with children.More →

Wifi for a fee 3 euros / day, 10 euros per week. Refrigerator 3/18
Towel €5 per week, €10 deposit. Baby crib for 1 child bp, up to the 2nd for a fee. Children's animation from June to August. Grown up all the time. There is no Russian-speaking animator. There is a receptionist. It is located on a busy street, next to shopping arcades. Disco from the end. Paid.
The whole hotel is high-tech style, with wicker furniture. This year there are half of the refurbished, half old ones. Pools Spacious. Smells good. Shower and toilet together, but well done. Near the pool youth. Falemi one-room or 2 large beds, or beds. Very clean. To the sea on foot 5 minutes. There are connections. The corridors are narrow. Not all rooms are high-tech.

Now I wonder: who wrote all this? Well, how can you give 4 points for food if every morning you have to stand in a long queue just to sit down? If the cutlery is so dirty that it is disgusting to look at them, even the remnants of food come across here and there. If there is practically no choice: for breakfast every morning scrambled eggs, two types of cheese, two types of sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, muesli. I'm not exaggerating - there's nothing else! ! In addition, scrambled eggs are not salted at all, and coffee and tea, on the contrary, cannot be drunk - even after sugaring, you feel the disgusting taste of water. Either terribly chlorinated, or I don’t know what else. We were pleased with only one thing - that we only paid for breakfast. Three times a day, we could not stand such mockery.
The rooms are also "wonderful": the beds are squeaky spring mattresses, I wake up every day with a sore back. The shabby chest of drawers is missing a pair of handles. A 14-inch TV is suspended from the ceiling (you can break your neck to watch), there is no remote control.
Maybe it's because we lived on the last, sixth floor, or maybe it was like that everywhere, but our cleaning lady burst into the room to clean up when we just returned from breakfast and even in theory we couldn't have time to go anywhere. And once it collapsed altogether, when we had not even risen yet - at 8:35. Haven't seen this anywhere!
Yes, Wi-Fi also works disgustingly here - a weak signal, and the login and password do not allow you to work on two devices at once. If you are logged in on a computer, forget about your smartphone. And vice versa.
The hotel has a children's room, but it is closed. God be with him, with the worker - we ourselves would tinker with the child, just let him go.
The beach is not very far - 500 meters, but not 50 (!!! ), as stated. Alhambra is not the first line, but the second. Between these two lines there are two highways and one railway (you have to go through the underpass). Sunbeds and umbrellas for 5 euros. I came with my family - two sun loungers and an umbrella = 15 euros. Wow! Africans scurrying along the beach worse than in Sochi, selling fake watches, bags, glasses, and Asians offering massages. The pool at the hotel is microscopic and you don’t want to climb into it at all because of the strong smell of bleach.
In general, a poisoned vacation. I do not advise anyone. Praise, I'm afraid the hotel is nothing. Well, except for the fact that the staff is friendly.

The reception speaks only English, but very slowly and articulately, so with the basic language you can understand everything. No one even helped carry a heavy suitcase to the floor, this is not accepted in this hotel. Settled in a room above the restaurant on the 3rd floor. The room is very small, but neat, with good plumbing. Everything you need is there, but no frills (no hair dryer, soap, shampoo). The windows overlooked the street, the view is beautiful. At night, in order not to hear the sounds of the street, we had to close the balcony, which, without air conditioning, was, to put it mildly, not very good. I never stood in line in the dining room, as the very first came in the morning, and for dinner at the time indicated on the food card. I warn you right away (I realized it myself late) you can change dinner for lunch if the excursions are evening (for example, to the fountains of Barcelona), it’s better not to take dry rations, such a muck. The food is a clean trio, without variety, but there was enough to eat, it’s good at least there were fruits. There is nothing to do with children in this hotel, you will not find from the entire menu how to feed a child. Dressed to buy in stores, but the quality and prices wish to be the best. Safe 5 days - 20 euros, 1 day - 4 euros. Pool deposit - 10 euros. Any other service, just prepare the money (asked to transfer photos from the camera's memory card to a USB flash drive - 5 euros).
To the sea, indeed, 5 minutes, but once again you don’t go back and forth, across the roads, up the stairs... The beach, like in our south - everything is on top of each other. The sea is immediately deep, so with children and those who do not swim very well, this is not the best place, besides, constant waves in the evening the wind intensifies. Parents with children were all worried about their children, you need to be on the alert. The sea temperature on June 13-17 was no more than 18 degrees (icy), after 17 it became warmer up to about 23, at least you can already get into the water.
In the evening you can walk along the main street, a lot of interesting things, take a ride on a train (4 euros), a beautiful view of Santa Susanna from above. Lots of different shops. Market twice a week. They block the street - merchants come, you can buy everything very cheaply, everyone bought bags from us for 5 euros, they are piled on the shelves in a bunch, you have to dig and choose a good one, took it as gifts, everyone liked it.
The most important thing is that from Santa Susanna you can quickly get to Barcelona. Been there three times. By train 1 hour 20 minutes. While driving, you admire the beautiful view of the sea (on the left side) or views of the small towns of Spain (on the right). On the train, the hospital sign to Barcelona, if you look at the sea goes to the right, do not forget to press the button to open the doors, the same system is in the metro. Back from Barcelona sign Macanet or Blanes. (17.48, 18.02, 18.17, 19.05 - this is what I have written down) schedule at the station. In Santa Susanna, do not forget to stamp your ticket, from the ticket office on the right. I was delighted with Barcelona, next time I will definitely stay there, because it can be viewed all the time of the trip. We took the metro to Park Guell, I really liked going up the escalator uphill, the beauty of the top view of Barcelona, nature and gingerbread houses. We saw the Sagrada Familia, not particularly impressed. Walked in the streets adjacent to Plaza Catalunya. We went to Bas Turistik (by the way, all the discounts to different places and parks in Barcelona remained - I can give it back).
I took excursions to Mount Montserrat (42.50) - I liked it very much, I advise you, the fountains of Barcelona + free time (28 euros) and La Siesta without dinner with drinks (34 euros) are so-so, you don’t have to go, you won’t lose much. I can send all the prices of excursions Natalie Tour.
In general, the trip left the most good impressions. I managed to travel around the country and swim and sunbathe, although this is still not a beach holiday. Going to Spain just to sunbathe and swim is stupid. In the hotel, if only to spend the night, it is normal.

The territory of the hotel is quite small, greenery and 2 pools with a bar, of course, are present, but everything is somehow poor, poor. sun loungers are ancient, that look will fall apart, the likeness of a waterfall in the pool is quite funny. What kind of jacuzzi and water slides are there....
The room is a complete mess!! ! I haven't come across these yet. As soon as they entered, they were amazed at the shabby decoration - shabby beds, walls, floor, ceiling... gray linen. king pea furniture. Finished off the wooden shutters on the windows. But the most charm had to be appreciated in the morning! It turns out that our room was located just above the back entrance (or exit) from the dining room (it's hard to call this a restaurant). EVERY morning from 8-9 o'clock the waiters pulled boxes with empty bottles out of the dining room, then a garbage truck came and loaded it all into itself! These sounds still haunt me. I've never heard such a roar of thunder. This tractor devoured thousands of bottles within half an hour. None of the shutters helped. The procedure was repeated at 4 o'clock. We "rested" for 15 days. Probably in the middle of the rest came the peak. the hysteria just started. Generally creepy.
If you forget about the garbage truck, then the impression does not change much. Opposite our hotel was also a three-ruble note. heaven and earth. Every morning, going out onto the balcony, I envied its inhabitants. The rooms are clean, new, the territory is drop dead, the pool is even inside the hotel in the lobby. Generally super. and we are like homeless people.
By the way, the rooms are not cleaned practically, the taps were leaking.
In the dining room everyone is smiling, the cleaners are furious and angry
primitive table tennis with a shabby table and the same rackets was. And that's it.
The food was varied. The kitchen is somewhat specific, but this is more of a plus than a minus. There is quite a lot of everything, there are also fruits. water-drinks - paid.
The beach is great! Clean, beautiful, water attractions nearby, free toilets, showers too. All sorts of shops with ice cream and drinks. though everything is a little expensive... it's Europe. The sea is beautiful, but cold.
There was a local disco, animation, but we preferred to relax in other places
Small bassin for children
recommendation to tourists - go to spain, beautiful, great. But don't choose this hotel! Good luck

Say, in pioneer childhood and Komsomol youth, tourism consisted of tents and bonfires, which means that any hotel, and even more so abroad, is an earthly paradise... No!
They looked at everything carefully, but with scrupulous care did not look for dust particles on the TV screen in the room or under the bed... As for the cleanliness of the bathroom, fresh towels and sheets, ventilation - everything was on the level here. But it cannot be otherwise in Europe. Even from such difficult sanitary countries as Egypt, Morocco, Turkey have already learned to clearly observe the basic hygiene rules for guests.
But let's talk about everything in order. . . We arrived in Barcelona on the 3rd of September, reached the hotel not without incident (difficulties arose solely because of the host, I don't remember, sorry, after almost 2 years what they were called. . . But quite perhaps these guys still work with "Coral") Checked into the hotel. . . What can I say about the guests: there are a lot of Germans and French, few Russians, but there are Ukrainians - you recognize them by their incomparable accent, and even more fearful looks of people who are abroad for the first time, or rudeness, with which they equally cover the aforementioned fearfulness, because in the episodes the already familiar expression of persecution falls on the faces of our Slavic brothers... We tried not to intersect with them so as not to answer numerous questions . Well, God be with them, with crests...
We had to stand in a short queue at the reception, but it doesn’t matter... Our room was on the third floor - quite small compared to, say, Egypt, but clean, comfortable, the balcony overlooks the street and the adjacent Indalo Park hotel. There is a TV in the room, a huge mirror wardrobe, where we easily fit all our suitcases, and later purchases, a bath. The foyer is decorated in Arabic style, but the design execution showed that the last time the interior of the hotel was updated somewhere in the late 90s. No! Nowhere was touched up, greased and wiped... Nothing looked shabby and faded, just the style of furniture and interior decoration of the late 90s.
The hotel consists of 2 buildings, quite large. And this, as the first evening showed, caused a certain difficulty! The fact is that the restaurant in the basement of the hotel is small and its capacity, accordingly, does not correspond to the number of guests. In general, every day in the evening I had to defend a decent queue to the restaurant... There were days when people stood on the stairs and even in the foyer of the 1st floor...
There were no such problems with breakfast - apparently, the Germans and French, who had a good walk the day before in coastal cafes, slept in their rooms in the morning. For us, people who came from Siberia, that is, from completely different time zones, getting up early was not difficult. As it turned out, we turned out to be very active tourists. . . We didn’t sit at the hotel during the day - at best, on the beach. . . And then the weather turned bad, even a tornado passed, a storm rose on the sea, and every day we dangled to Barcelona, studied its old Gothic quarter, admired the creations of Gaudi and even visited the Cam Nou stadium, where the famous Barcelona plays (I still regret that I didn’t get to the match - the great Catalan club played that day in Seville).
Then there was a trip to France, and then... then I had to go home... It's a pity! Another two weeks with pleasure. What else to say about the advantages of the hotel "Alhambra" ?? ? Safe - on the ground floor next to the reception. There are two attitudes towards this. It seems inconvenient when you are going for adventures in the morning - you have to go down, then up again... However, we are addicted to picking up everything we need either at the exit or at the entrance the night before. It also turned out that it is very convenient when you buy something near the hotel, suddenly there is not enough money - you don’t have to run upstairs, go in, take it and go out...
So decide for yourself - for us it was not a problem. It is very important that the key stop of all sightseeing buses heading to Andorra, France, Barcelona is located near this hotel... Nice! Especially when leaving early in the morning - you can sleep longer, while tourists from other hotels had to walk early in the morning, or even run, if you overslept, to strive for the Alhambra.
Sea. To get to the beach, you need to cross the railway tracks, on which electric trains from Blanes to Barcelona and back run every half an hour. Once again nice! Because the underpass is just opposite the Alhambra. Walking to the sea for about 5 minutes, that is, 200 meters. And it / walking / does not bother... But the stop of these very electric trains is far from the hotel - 10 minutes of a quick step or 15 minutes of measured walking. The noise of the trains does not interfere with rest at all, for some reason it is not audible... Are they magical or what?
For lovers of fun: the hotel is the most popular disco in the town of Santa Susanna - there is always noisy and fun! There is no desire to move - you can sit in a cafe and listen to incendiary Spanish songs, look at the magnificent performance of Catalan dances - the animators work in good faith... And listening and watching is a pleasure! And if at this moment you are sipping traditional Sangria (this is not at all what was in our shops and stalls a few years ago), then you completely merge with the local color - and it seems that the stars shine brighter here, that the breeze from the sea is gentler, than at home, in the native Siberian steppes, the wind exciting the feather grass... that people here are more smiling, more friendly and welcoming (It's true, no matter how much you tell yourself in the morning that these smiles eventually cost your wallet a certain, and considerable amount of euros ).
The food is quite decent and varied - a lot of different fruits - I traditionally pressed on peaches - I really love them - there were three types of them. A friend on melons, pears and watermelons. There were seafood twice a week (I don’t count fish - usually it was every day), and all sorts of stewed cuttlefish, squid, clams. To be honest, the set menu was practically not inferior to food and 5 stars in Egypt (but it lost significantly in terms of the number of pastries and volumes. And it is unlikely that in Europe you will find such omelet virtuosos as the Arabs and Turks. Whoever was will understand what am I talking about. . . )
The staff is polite and patient, even to those we were - who did not know a single European language (SHAME! ) But a couple of phrases snatched from a Russian-Spanish phrasebook saved us. However, who knows, maybe now Russian-speaking employees have already appeared in the hotel... So let those who decide to have an inexpensive vacation in Spain - do not pay attention to the reviews of tourists, instead of an interesting country, meticulously exploring the cons of the service. Believe me, these people are doing everything possible to ensure that the rest is complete and that there is no feeling of bitterness from wasted time and money. Probably even most likely. there are better and more comfortable hotels, where they will lick you and kiss you in the ass... It's up to you to decide - to relax or substitute your ass!!!!! !
