When talking with the authorities and administrators of the hotel, they told us that they decided to confiscate our personal belongings, because according to the rules of the hotel (which we had to read on the doors of our room), multicookers are prohibited. In addition to all this, they felt completely frivolous, not seeing any violations of the law behind them, they also bothered to shame us for what we did badly, because we disobeyed their rules. The owner of the hotel said that she creates the rules here, and everyone is obliged to follow them, because she is the owner. When we answered that the police should take care of this, they openly laughed at us and offered to call the police, because they definitely wouldn’t have anything. As a result, in order to pick up our personal item, they told us to write a statement (they didn’t want to return anything to us without a statement), forced us to check out ahead of time, as we quarreled with them, and after all, everything is decided by the hostess, they refused to refund us money for subsequent days of stay (it was paid before Wednesday 24.07. the room costs 1600 UAH per day). why you can’t use a slow cooker - they didn’t explain it properly either (the air conditioner and the electric kettle draw more electricity in the room), they said that they have the right to take out the personal belongings of the guests if they decide it’s necessary! . As a result, during this time we got a spoiled mood, made sure that some people do not know the word "law" (the owner of the hotel, by the way, answered us: "I am the law here and I set my own rules here"). I regret that they didn’t call the police, they didn’t film everything that was said to us at that moment, that they didn’t teach this cattle a lesson according to the law. Nerves were shattered notably, they did not return the money, + to everything they met in the room with cockroaches, theft and lies. Service is just top notch! I would like people to pay attention to such frivolity on the part of the owner, non-observance of human rights, confidence that nothing will happen to her for this, and boorish treatment. + to everything for two days of stay in the room met with small cockroaches. In the bathroom, by the way, the floor is slippery, the rooms are not cleaned well (dirty, towels are not changed, they only know how to take out the things of the guests without their knowledge), the furniture seems to be chopped with an ax, not thought out, you need to be careful not to get hurt. In general, for such money (although if there was the cheapest room in Lazurny), you should not move in there if you do not want to deal with cattle.
