We were in Vienna in May 2019. This is our second trip to the capital of Austria. Hotel Ana Catarina was chosen by us at random. It's just that our last year's hotel did not initially confirm the reservation. And when confirmed, we have already booked a room at Arthotel ANA Katharina.
And it was a happy accident.
The hotel suited us perfectly. Decent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, good bathroom. The windows of our room overlooked the courtyard. so it was quiet (except for the overflow of bird trills). The room was cleaned daily, but we never met with those who put things in order with us. Thank you failed.
The hotel is very conveniently located in relation to transport interchanges. Near metro (station Spittelau) and tram stop D. Not far from the center. Getting to any corner of Vienna is very convenient.
And now I want to say a huge thank you to the administrator (receptionist) Alexei. Of course, a huge plus for us is that he is fluent in Russian. But the main thing is the attentiveness with which he treats the guests of the hotel. Service is fast, polite. And also a lot of useful recommendations: where to go, what to visit, where to eat, where it is cheaper to buy something, he spoke about the transport interchange. He himself took care of lunch with him on the day of check out from the hotel (we checked out at 3am). Thanks to Alexey, we got acquainted with the Kahlenberg district of Vienna (splendid nature and observation deck). A very pleasant young man. Thanks.
Thanks to the kitchen and restaurant staff. Everything is delicious, clean, friendly. And access to free coffee (cappuccino, black, with milk, hot chocolate, etc. ) until 22.00. A trifle, but nice. And in a nice courtyard it is doubly pleasant.
In general, we did not regret that we chose this hotel.
